I am still working on “The 5 Love Languages” vs Astrology; but I know that Fire signs love any kind of attention they can get, so a little bit of everything is a good general rule for Fire signs. Remember to pay attention to house placement as well as planetary alignment.

Water signs are the most emotional signs of the Zodiac and are very family oriented and focused, especially Pisces. Sagittarius and Taurus may fall in this group more then others. Therefor my hypothesis is that these signs are in more need of Quality Time. I only 2of these  out of my 13 primaries, unless you count my business sign and my Eros in Taurus; then I would have 4 out of 17.
