There is a substance that most of you are familiar with, and probably used in your daily lives at one time or another. We can use this substance to cleanse our system from all the toxic matter that attacks us daily. This substance is said to keep the pineal galnd opened, and helps open it if it’s blocked. This substance is called – IODINE!

Well, alrighty then!

No wonder I have had such strange experiences since my childhood! My mother used to put this on me every time I scraped a knee or elbow when I was growing up. At times I must have looked like I had been beaten up because of all the purple spots on me.

Maybe this helped to keep my pineal gland open? This would explain all my paranormal experiences, which the rest of my family didn’t encounter; they really thought I was weird. Now I can tell them it was all Mom’s fault.

Iodine is so strong it can take care of, and heal, and cure many dis-eases, many stresses, aid in a variety of ailments, and most importantly allow you to keep the connection to your true selves and to the divine, a substance that is a living physical manifestation of the violet flame.

The health benefits of iodine are so extensive, it’s startling! And, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), iodine deficiency is rising in America with estimates of over 2 billion at risk.
Severe deficiency can result in brain damage.

Over 1.5 billion people live in places where the soil is iodine deficient. This means 72% of global population is iodine deficient.

Health benefits of iodine include:

• Fluoride detoxification
• Improved cognitive functioning
• Improved metabolism because it helps the body bio synthesize food into usable nutrients
• Deficiency leaves thyroid gland susceptible to free radical exposure
• Balances hormones resulting in emotional balance (increased libido)
• Can improve fibrocystic breast disease
• Hair growth and hair color restored
• Increased energy
• Radiation protection
• Destroys pathogens, molds, fungi, parasites, and malaria
• Supports apoptosis (programmed cell death of unhealthy cells) to protect against cancer and facilitate youth
• Iodine removes toxic chemicals: Iodine can flush out chemical toxins like fluoride, lead, mercury, biological toxins and can even strengthen the immune system. It also prevents the proliferation of harmful bacteria in the stomach.

Here’s how to use it: According to the article, the amount should be around 1/8th of a teaspoon to 1/4 of a teaspoon per use.

First of all please use a 2% or 3% iodine solution that you can find in any health food store. Dab it on various part of your body for about a week. It usually takes 24 hours for it to get absorbed by your body. If it disappears from your skin in a matter of hours, it means that you were iodine deficient. This is GREAT for opening up your Pineal Gland!!! And hence opening up the channels of communication with the source. FOR EXTERNAL USE (safest way). Use this for 2 weeks. Start with dabbing just a little bit on a part of your body once a day. See how it is assimilating into your body. If you notice that the iodine has disappeared in a few hours rapidly, it means that you are very deficient. Please continue to do this for 2 weeks. Please be sure to use different spots on the body, as you don’t want to burn your skin. When you begin to see that iodine takes much longer to disappear, and then just leaves a brown spot, it means that you should stop using it. I usually do this every 2 – 3 months for 2 weeks straight. Make sure you’re not allergic to IODINE before you use it.

Iodine increases the production of thyroid hormone, which then increases all hormones in the body, including testosterone and adrenalin. In turn, the hormones affect our behavior, metabolism, and libido.

It is certainly important to keep the body as free from toxins as possible to have a healthy pineal gland. So if yours seems to be blocked, give this a try and see if it helps.

Astrology Reading for: Leo – 7.26.1977 – Rising Sign: Taurus

1977-07-26@0100

Introduction

This Spirit Success Report from Halloran Software’s AstrolDeluxe ReportWriter program draws upon 576 paragraphs which interpret the places of the planets at the time of your birth, describing your personal houses, sign placements, and planetary aspects.

These astrological delineations depict your potential and how to make the most of it, or the challenges you will continue to face and how to confront and benefit from them.  Though you may change through experience, your inherent characteristics will still motivate how you act and react to circumstances.  How you handle yourself is really a clue to your success, and it is up to you to make the “right” choices.

Here are the parts which make up your chart:

HOUSES:  Govern sections of your life, e.g., your money, your health, your partners, etc.  They are also meaningful as to where your early interests lie and if they are worth pursuing.

SIGNS:  Contribute feelings or vibrations to “color” planets, e.g., MERCURY rules GEMINI and VIRGO and emphasizes their qualities of thought, travel, health, and work.  JUPITER rules SAGITTARIUS and higher education, spiritual growth, and law.

ASPECTS:  Are angles combining the planets in the SIGNS/HOUSES that trigger the manner in which you will be influenced or can handle your qualities to advantage, e.g., MERCURY (thought) TRINE (in good aspect to) JUPITER (education and law) may indicate that you can succeed as a counselor in legal matters.

A “Strength” number precedes each ASPECT interpretation towards the end of the reading.  This number synthesizes how exact is the aspect, whether the aspect is major or minor, and whether an aspecting planet is close to one of the four chart angles.  The higher the Strength, the more you are likely to feel the aspect and to live it out in your life.

You are most likely to feel and act out the Spirit Success Report’s sign and house placement interpretations when the planets involved are strong in your chart.  This is true especially of the outer planets, Jupiter through Pluto.  The Astrodynes program, also available from Halloran Software, calculates the respective power and harmony of all the planets in your chart.

Planets in Signs and Houses

Taurus Ascendant

(The Steadfast)

There is a look of substance about you.  Others admire your thick hair, which may be curly or wavy.  Though slow to anger, you may use force to defend yourself when aroused.  You are resolutely stubborn, and generous beyond your means, to the point of being foolish.  Others value your friendship and you are a welcome guest.  You would rather be a “boss” than an employee, but will always give your best to a job, because you don’t know how to do anything “half-way.”

Sun in Leo

(Keynote: I WILL)

You are passionate, sincere, generous, courageous and loyal.  You may also be demanding, possessive, jealous and intolerant.  You are a champion of causes and defender of the helpless in time of need — the stuff of which heroes are made.  You resist accepting second-best of anything.  You are at your best when given dramatic license to take center-stage, with all eyes upon you.  Your word is your bond, but you can be unreasonable if things don’t go your way.  Try not to confuse the courage of your convictions with inordinate stubbornness, which is usually the source of your downfall.

Sun in the Third House

(The Neighbor)

You are constantly on-the-go and may talk “off the top of your head” — but you WILL talk.  You sometimes enjoy gossiping, because an interaction with people is paramount in your life.  Others may not understand your need for habitual conversation, but since you are clever and bright, you are probably well-liked.  You excel in writing or debating and are always interested in learning something new.  Your suitcase is half-packed and ready for spur-of-the moment travel.  If you develop the persistence to complete half the projects you begin, you can count on success as a result of your efforts.

Moon in Sagittarius

(The Prophet)

You have a gift of farsightedness, which lets you see an entire picture instead of fragments available to others.  You amaze yourself at what your mind can conceive and often achieve with little effort, as though you were born to succeed.  You are open and frank, and for the most part, kind, but your thoughtless remarks can leave a wrong impression or create enemies.  A need for physical activity should not be ignored.  Otherwise, you can suffer “burn out” from too many mental gyrations, which will throw your balance and make you less efficient in your rush to attain your ambitions.

Moon in the Seventh House

(The Searcher)

You may never feel complete after you leave the mother-influence until you find a life-partner who fits OR is the opposite of her image.  This will depend on the positive or negative programming you received in childhood.  If you select a partner in business, you will choose someone as shrewd as yourself.  You may enter any partnership when you are nudged by gut-feelings too intense to be denied, or dissolved when conflicts are too dangerous to be ignored.

Mercury in Leo

(The Dramatist)

You are highly emotional and speak forcefully; your words may not always be tactful, but they do have an impact.  You’re generous with advice, which is usually good and well-taken. Your gift of creativity may be shared and enjoyed by others who appreciate you.  No party is complete without you, but your famous negative qualities of conceit and arrogance may make you an unwelcome guest.  Listen to your keen intuition, which will tell you when it’s time to go home.

Mercury in the Fourth House

(The Librarian)

You are most comfortable in familiar surroundings.  Parental attachments may delay your “leaving the nest” to be on your own.  Your home may be your office, or you see your office as a “second home.”  Though an avid reader, you seldom share the wealth of your fine mind.  In games of strategy you have no peer.  You have much to offer.  Expand your horizons.  Let others begin to know you.  You can maintain privacy, but invite the world to beat a path to your door.

Venus in Gemini

(The Inconstant)

Your sense of humor is infectious and your charm undeniable.  You are a born traveler and appeal to a wide variety of people with whom you share your multiple talents. Commitment in relationships is as difficult as staying with one job, unless you are the “boss.”  Whether formally-educated or not, you have a wealth of knowledge to share and a way of expressing yourself that is entirely captivating.  One can almost forgive you for being a “world-class flirt!”

Venus in the Second House

(The Status-Seeker)

An innate dislike of ugliness makes the acquisition of beautiful things almost a necessity.  But, an obsession for accumulating expensive serendipity for the sake of creating an illusion of opulence can encourage acquiring money for money’s sake.  If there is an opportunity, you may marry for money at the expense of love.  True values need constant attention to rise above the temptation to worship at a golden idol’s feet.

Mars in Gemini

(The Lecturer)

You are a powerful speaker, able to influence others and sway them to your views.  As a teacher, you convince students to do things “your way,” though you may change your methods as often as you change your mind.  If you scatter your energies, you can fail to complete what you have started and accomplish nothing.  Learn early to think before you speak and hone your ability to concentrate.  Otherwise, your knowledge may appear superficial and your ideas not worth exploring.

Mars in the First House

(The General)

You’ll be aware from the time you’re born of the tremendous power you hold.  No task is too great for your dynamic energy to challenge.  However, before congratulating yourself, you must recognize you are impulsive, and sometimes lack the patience to finish what you start.  Your enormous ego drive will demand you assume responsibility for the actions in your life.  Slow down long enough to ask: “How will my choices affect others?  Is the result worth the effort?”

Jupiter in Gemini

(The Ambivalent)

You have the highest ideals and are an inspiration to those who know your spiritual side.  Your flair for writing and creative pen blends the sadness and joys of life into a harmony that dreams are made of.  But, if you scatter your energies, you may never complete your work and receive the rewards of your talents.

Jupiter in the Second House

(The Big Spender)

You’ll let someone else take the dinner check, but if it’s haute cuisine, you don’t mind paying for it.  You may even spend to impress others, or talk them into investing, but your free-wheeling ways can squander their money.  And, you’re so cheerful about it, they may not even mind!  Your motto is, “If it’s there to enjoy, count the pleasure, not the cost!

Saturn in Leo

(The Haughty)

You may have trouble in sharing all the love you have to give or finding the love you crave, and so allow an “I don’t care” attitude to become a mask, under which you hide your true feelings.  You can also substitute imperiousness for emotional rapport and again deny your basic needs.  Try to go with the world instead of against it.  You may find a way to turn your negatives positive and enjoy the spin instead of just becoming dizzy and wanting to get off.

Saturn in the Fourth House

(The Disciplinarian)

You may feel “stuck in a rut” because of a childhood filled with responsibility.  Because of this, it is difficult for you to shed feelings you had when you were “stuck at home.”   At times, you may appear to be cold or too reserved.  Others may assume your spartan tastes are a reflection of your deprivation.  Upon leaving your family, try to put the past behind you and make a life of your own, unencumbered by the restraints of your formative years.

Uranus in Scorpio

(The Indomitable)

You are certain to achieve your goals, if willpower is the deciding issue.  But, choose a proper path or your destructive qualities will turn on you with catastrophic results.  Exercise caution when handling electricity or mechanical devices.  You have amazing recuperative powers, but can’t depend on them if you insist on challenging disaster. Your passionate nature instills instant confidence.  No one can doubt that you will complete anything you begin.

Uranus in the Sixth House

(The Job-hopper)

You may waste time jumping from job to job as you search for one compatible with your personality.  You resent subjugation by conditions or the will of others.  If you “make do” for the sake of a paycheck, nervous conditions may result because of repressed energy.  You will be happiest with work that allows you flexibility and an opportunity to do things your way.   If that is impossible, at least try to “get away from it all” when away from your work environment.

Neptune in Sagittarius

(The Sage)

You have a talent for understanding human nature and an uncanny ability to know what makes people “tick.”  You are a perpetual student, and a gifted teacher.  Your thirst for knowledge will prompt you to travel extensively.  Try to remember that you must accept the customs of another country before they will accept you.  Your beliefs are unconventional.  You will continue to learn by experience and teach in love as did Plato, Socrates and their descendants in spirit.

Neptune in the Seventh House

(The Idolater)

You find it difficult to define the “whys” and “wherefores” of relationships and may question why you have come together.  It is usually “something” inside that tells you a partner is your soul-mate — that you were fated to be together, and are on the same spiritual level, which may or may not be true.  You may go into business with or marry your best friend, which is not a bad idea.  It is important that you know someone well before making a commitment.

Pluto in Libra

(The Rational)

As peacemaker, it is second-nature to act as liaison in fostering partnerships that contribute to world-harmony.  Your high intellect and demand for justice may place you in public service where you can aid worthy causes by your involvement. Your love of truth may influence big business, where deceit will be overcome with honor.  On an individual level, all this may be accomplished by setting an example through the simple amenities you practice every day.

Pluto in the Fifth House

(The Extremist)

You season your life with a heavy hand and tend to exaggerate conditions.  In your many love affairs, you will feel that each is “the one” and may cling to an ideal past the time when reality should govern your actions.  You may also invite power struggles by insisting that your way is the only way and your truth the only truth.  But, one thing must be said:  Your enthusiasm for living is unquestioned and you get the most out of every emotion-charged moment.

Aquarius Midheaven

You will flourish best in a career that takes advantage of your inventiveness and originality.  You have a need to be unconventional and different.  You see your career field from a refreshingly independent perspective and make original contributions.  You don’t like working in a highly structured environment, so you often work as an independent free-lancer.  Driven to follow your inner light, others can consider your interests eccentric; you may treat them rudely.  But at your healthiest, you are also a humanitarian who contributes to civic causes and whose many career contacts make you an effective networker.

Your career can be based on ideas or on service to society.  To achieve your greatest success, you must dare to be your true, unique self.  More than others, you understand Joseph Campbell’s advice, “follow your bliss.”  Working out your ideas on your own, you can produce results that will benefit humanity.  Pitfalls to be overcome include selfishness, pride, and the desire for power.  You may originate numerous ideas, but forget them soon after conception.  Scientific objectivity carried to the extreme could make you cold, impersonal, or arrogant.  Do not allow yourself to become isolated, but stay in touch with those on whose behalf you are laboring.

Occupations consistent with your unusual, independent style of work include entertainer, literary personality, athlete, educator, inventor, occultist, astrologer, social worker, social scientist, vocational counselor, personnel specialist, benevolent or fraternal society administrator, conference organizer, or strategist.  For the most personal career guide, also consider the nature of any planets which fall in the 10th house or conjoin the Midheaven, the sign and house placements of Uranus, ruler of the Midheaven, and any aspects which other planets make to the Midheaven.

North Node in Libra

(The Selfless)

You will not understand why others are promoted while you are passed by.  You must change an attitude that the world revolves around you.  Jealousy or resentment depletes your strength which should be used, not for your purposes alone, but to do for others what they cannot do.  You will acquire the stature you long for by balancing your needs with others.

North Node in the Fifth House

(The Princess)

Like the lady in the tower, awaiting rescue, all you need do is open your eyes to see a staircase.  You prefer fantasies to the workaday world.  Learn what is real and of lasting value.  Acquire self-discipline to become a “doer.”   You have the power to make your dreams come true, but cannot expect them to manifest before taking your first steps into reality.

Planets in Aspect

Sun trine Moon  (Strength:  6.42)

(The Composed)

You have a good understanding of who you are and what you can accomplish.  You often help your friends to make the decisions that will bring their lives into balance through needed adjustments.  You believe in paying attention to stress signals that threaten your equilibrium and correcting your problems through adapting to change.  You are exemplary of the blending of the Yin and Yang or the harmonious merging of spiritual needs and bodily expression.

Moon opposite Mars  (Strength:  3.54)

(The Untenable)

You ride an emotional see-saw which is difficult to control, particularly in personal relationships.  You may have trouble relating to women as a result of childhood programming by a mother-figure.  Your emotions can provoke involuntary tantrums that may prove embarrassing.  Try to develop a tolerance for others since you are not essentially a “loner.” You need people in your life who may help you to mature as a calmer individual, capable of leadership instead of tyranny.

Mercury sextile Jupiter  (Strength:  2.59)

(The Far-sighted)

Your attention is on your own desires and how to fulfill them.  You want to know your purpose in the scheme of things and will explore all possibilities. In acquiring self-understanding you recognize the importance of relationships.  While you are capable of standing on your own feet, you choose to interact with others, knowing that supportive friends can help attain your goals.  Your life can be one of learning, expansion and fulfillment.  You have only to choose the way.

Sun square Uranus  (Strength:  2.22)

(The Daredevil)

You are courageous, but may also be rebellious and reckless.  If expecting the unexpected appeals to you, your life should be as thrilling and exciting as you could wish. But, if you try to sail a smooth sea, you may invite upsets that continually disturb your plans.  Changes may damage your originality, if you plunge headlong into the unknown, but upon examination may provide you with the means to mold your life-direction until it accommodates your special cast.

Sun sextile Mars  (Strength:  2.12)

(The Expeditor)

Use your energies to accomplish your tasks in the most judicious manner.  You are not likely to go unnoticed.  Your object will be the successful completion of anything you undertake rather than satisfaction of your ego, so you work well with others and make use of their input.  Your self-confidence inspires respect of your judgment.  Should you find resistance, you will overcome it with logic and prudence rather than aggressiveness and domination.

Neptune sextile Pluto  (Strength:  2.12)

(The Self-aware)

It is important that you have the support of your family and friends.  You are extremely sensitive and subject yourself to self-criticism that can be destructive and depressing.  It may be that you need professional help to build your self-esteem.  Later, you may transfer your intense feelings into knowledge you share with others.  You may pursue a career in psychiatry or psychology, but will continue to investigate your own psyche for answers as to what “makes you tick.”

Saturn trine Neptune  (Strength:  2.08)

(The Opening)

You apply yourself with persistence, determination and a conviction that, with hard work, you will succeed.  You are realistic in your expectations and willing to overcome pessimism and self-doubt.  At your lowest ebb, “something” will encourage you to press on.  You believe you are joined by a higher force in selecting and achieving your goals and when the time is right, you will be fulfilled.  It may be later than sooner, but have patience.  Such faith must be rewarded.

Venus conjunct Jupiter  (Strength:  2.06)

(Lady Luck)

Because of your ability to see beauty in all things, your life is generally harmonious.  You are concerned with meaningful values and do not waste time with unproductive trivia.  Your intuition, while somewhat optimistic, is not unrealistic and can guide you into circumstances which others may interpret as “lucky.”  Your luck is in being prepared to take advantage of chances that come your way with a positive outlook and confidence that you have what it takes to succeed.

Venus sextile Saturn  (Strength:  1.32)

(The Worthwhile)

You will investigate practical ways to assure that your relationships are rewarding.  You easily express what you are willing to give and what you expect to receive before strains are put on a partnership because of “who owes what to who.” You always try to “get it right the first time,” by attending to details and eliminating mistakes.  You are realistic rather than idealistic, and conventional rather than radical, so your foundations seldom crumble and your investments pay off.

Moon square Mercury  (Strength:  1.23)

(The Misunderstood)

You can encounter considerable frustration in getting your point across.  It is not that others are ignorant, but that you are too emotionally involved with what you are trying to say to use a logical approach.  If you express your feelings, it may be a good way to relieve tension and invite new insight to “clear the air.”  It is not necessarily compromise but mutual rapport that often resolves any lack of communication that exists between you and your opposition.

Mars inconjunct Uranus  (Strength:  1.10)

(Head of the Class)

You may depend on your above-average mind for success.  If you could kick your ego out of the way, and impress others that you are a “know-a-lot,” rather than a “know-it-all,” you might avoid the anger you feel when your ideas are not accepted, or you are seen as disruptive rather than “quick” or “bright.”  If you attempt to accomplish too much too fast, you may suffer nervous disorders.  Earn an image of practical innovation, rather than one of bloated self-importance.

Mars trine Pluto  (Strength:  0.09)

(The Renewer)

As an instrument in the progress of mankind, you may taste fame, and even fortune, depending on where and how you direct your powerful energies.  If you know yourself well, you can identify with the needs of others and use your formidable drive to benefit society as a leader.  If motivated by selfishness, you may receive some satisfaction from personal gain but will sacrifice the true distinction of contributing to the universe on the altar of prideful self-esteem.

Balance of Elements and Modalities

Abundant Fire

You are an active, future-oriented person who is not weighed down by past commitments.  You take advantage of new opportunities better than most.  Life for you can be a vibrant affair in which you passionately pursue causes, lovers, and experiences.  You have the self-confidence to be a leader.  Competitive and flamboyant, you have little patience for slow people or unexciting work.  When an activity interests you, you can be very generous with your time, energy, and money.  Find outlets for your gifts of creativity and intuition.

Watch out for a tendency to exaggerate or to be insensitive to others’ feelings.  More cautious types may envy and resent your free spirit and competitive nature.  You get bored easily and may depend on others to finish the projects that you start.  When your warmth is guided by love, wisdom, and positive goals you have the ability to heal and inspire others, but when you focus on your self or lack direction, your short-lived passions can affect others in destructive ways.

Abundant Air

You seem to live for mental exploration.  Discovering and communicating the connections between ideas, people, and places is your function in life.  Your active mind is good at identifying new frontiers whose basics you quickly master, so that you end up knowing something about almost everything.  You have a dispassionate nature that cooly considers the pros and cons of a situation, able to place logic above personal emotion.  From your mental viewpoint, emotions look irrational.  You make a good negotiator, sales person, communicator, arbitrator, analyst, and information processor.  Ideas flow quickly for you.  While impersonal and dispassionate, you nonetheless thrive on communication and social interaction.  At your best, you strive to understand and accept people, not to change them.  Courageously, you adhere to principles.  You appreciate culture, structure, and systems.

Your greatest strength is also your weakness, namely too much coolness from placing head above heart.  Leaders must be able to follow their hearts without being indecisive or equivocating.  And you ignore your real connection to others if you use your mental gifts to coldly manipulate them.  Try to avoid isolation by functioning as part of a team in which your logic, analysis, and communication skills are put to good use.  Work with others who may be more practical, sensitive, or passionate than are you. Don’t keep your good ideas inside, but write them down and communicate them to others.

Lack of Water

For you the world of feelings may be terra incognita.  Close interpersonal relations, which require the expression of feelings, and empathy for others’ feelings, do not come naturally or easily for you.  You have difficulty putting yourself in someone else’s shoes in order to feel what they feel.  You will learn how to deal with life in a tough, mental sort of way.  People looking for someone to empathize with them should not come to you.  Those people who are comfortable with you are not looking for emotional closeness.  It’s not that you don’t have emotions and feelings, but they do not come out easily in your relationships.  If you are an artist, they may come out in your art.  You probably take refuge from the difficulty of forming emotional connections by concentrating on intellectual, practical, or inspired activity.  Your best companions would be those who are able to inhabit these realms with you, but who are also in touch with their feelings.  They can help you to contact your own feelings and teach you to respect and honor other people’s feelings.

A lack of planets in Water signs can be offset by a Water sign ascendant or by abundant planets in the houses of Endings.

Lack of Earth

You may be so focused on the “bigger picture” that you have difficulty managing the many details of life.  Balancing your checkbook or leaving your bedroom clean may seem beyond your abilities.  Other tasks may be important, but you find it hard to concentrate long enough to complete them.  Knowing your own lack of concentration and self-discipline, you may cling to established routines because you know that you are able to do important things through force of habit.  If you do not flit from job to job, you could hold onto a job or a relationship for too long because you do not trust that you will be secure without it.  Your lack of real world perspective may make it hard for you to distinguish that which really matters from that which is unimportant, so that you sometimes focus on small things while leaving the really big things undone.  You may say that you care about money, but unless you have abundant planets in the houses of Substance, you will not execute a detailed plan to get it.  If you can avoid driving them crazy, enlist the help of those more grounded than yourself in order to turn your inspirations into reality.

A lack of planets in Earth signs can be offset by an Earth sign ascendant or by abundant planets in the houses of Substance.

Abundant Relationships

With abundant planets in these houses, relationships and communications with others are likely to be central to your life.  You can help others by exchanging ideas and making connections between people.  You will probably maintain active contact with a wide circle of relatives, friends and acquaintances.  You keep abreast of new information via various media and your friends.

Lack of Endings

You live on the surface of things, afraid to look within at what you really feel and want.  Perhaps your position is too precarious or the obligations too great to allow yourself this luxury.  You feel forced to maintain your personal status quo.  You come across to others as unfeeling.  Because personal feelings do not distract you, you might make a good scientist, though be aware that the greatest scientists let intuitive feelings be their guide.

A lack of planets in the houses of Endings can be offset by abundant planets in Water signs.

Lack of Life

You could have difficulty envisioning or planning for the future.  You are likely to accept the status quo, living in the past and present, but not actively striving to create the future.  Lacking your own passionate goals, you are more likely to be a follower than a leader.

A lack of planets in the houses of Life can be offset by abundant planets in Fire signs.

Abundant Mutable

With an abundance of planets in Mutable signs, you adapt easily to changing circumstances.  Mentally quick, you adapt like a chameleon to give each what they want, until you are on to the next friend or interest.  Life offers a succession of roles to play.  Skilled at diplomacy and compromise, you make a good negotiator and appear to be everyone’s friend.  You actually are other-oriented, rather than self-oriented, and can be so busy meeting others’ needs that you lack direction in your own life.  Concentrate on finding friends of true worth and value.  Be discriminating in your associations, in whom you choose to help.  The endless flow from your mind, tongue, and hands will then work to return real value to you, which is what you deserve.  You can probably only follow this advice just so far, though, because more than others the Universe sends you people in need, people for whom you are able to make a real difference.  The assistance that you provide to the powerless may actually be remembered long after your facile mental output is forgotten.  Your activities can also bring an end to institutions that have outlived their usefulness.

Abundant Fixed

With an abundance of planets in Fixed signs, you have the staying power to complete a project, grow a family, or expand a business.  Your strength is what friends notice most about you.  You have definite values; you focus your affections on the people and things that are part of your team.  Friendships formed over time are important to you.  You may be found at the center of a circle of friends, a large family, a government agency, or a business.  You understand the contribution that stability and security make to prosperity and growth.  It throws you off-balance when friends are not as reliable as you are or when love and ideals are not part of your life.  Concentrate on developing confidence in yourself, a wholesome world for your family or group, and binding others to you with love.  If you have a weakness, it is trouble changing or listening when people tell you a better way to do things.  You can handle this weakness by empowering your team, as among them will be individuals who are good at reacting to a constantly changing world.

Lack of Cardinal

With a lack of planets in Cardinal signs, you may have trouble starting things.  You may be timid about developing and carrying out plans.  You would prefer to let others break the first ground of a new venture, so that you can pitch in and help once the outlines of the venture are clear.  You probably lack confidence in your mastery of the real world and survival in it.  You may substitute a rich inner life for your lack of action in the outer world.  In its highest form, you may be unusually creative or spiritually committed.  Ideas filter up as you focus on ‘being’ instead of ‘doing’.  Watch out for the lower manifestations, which are delegating tasks to others and pitying yourself over the lot that befalls you in life as a result of your lack of direction and initiative.  Your different perspective on life gives you valuable insights that let you make real contributions wherever you are.

A lack of planets in the Cardinal signs can be offset by a Cardinal sign ascendant or by abundant planets in the Angular houses.

Abundant Angular

An abundance of planets in the angular houses helps to give you drive and initiative.  It makes you active in the external world.  Expressing your individuality is important to you.  You are probably a leader who enjoys challenges and can get things moving.

Astrology Reading for Leo – 7.23.1972 – Rising Sign: Unknown

Planets in Signs

Mars in Leo

(The Grandee)

You recognize your potential and will find creative ways of enlisting the aid of those who can promote your success. If there is risk involved in your rise, you will enjoy the adventure, but may suffer the “slings and arrows of outrageous fortune.”  You share your victories, but conceit can cost you needed support.  You may also be too quick to invite love affairs which go nowhere, but will waste your time and damage your ego.  Take your time.  You deserve the best.

Jupiter in Capricorn

(The Traditionalist)

You may need to relax your conventionally-narrow views, to gamble now and then on human nature to prevail in the face of overwhelming obstacles.  Once you have decided to reveal yourself as the fine, understanding person you are, you should have no trouble taking your place successfully in public office, where you can lead the masses to enlightenment.

Saturn in Gemini

(The Vassal)

Responsibilities of loved ones can limit your outstanding ability to express yourself.  You may adopt a life of fantasy to escape becoming hard or bitter.  Many writers epitomize your frustrations: Beatrix Potter, Ralph Waldo Emerson and the Bronte Sisters among them.  They were visionaries who overcame “self” to share a corner of their indomitable spirits.  Your lack of freedom is far less meaningful than the opportunity for self-discipline you will learn to value.

Uranus in Libra

(The Bohemian)

You have artistic talent and appreciate modern, as well as traditional forms.  You are intelligent, ambitious and determined, but may change your goals too often. Your creative imagination and intuitive gifts blend well.  Relationships are trying, as you choose unlikely companions.  You make enemies because of unusual ideas, independence and your caustic wit. Once your efforts are channeled, you may attract opportunities that will lead to the success you have dreamed of.

Pluto in Virgo

(The Restorers)

You have a rare opportunity of renovating the world in carefully-structured channels when the environment seems at its lowest ebb.  Drugs, disease, addictions and crime will no longer be tolerated.  You will have a major part in seeing that justice is done.  Law-makers, and those who execute the law will be among your peers, as well as some who are willing to educate those who truly desire self-improvement as their contribution to elevate mankind.

North Node in Capricorn

(The Infant)

You may be a “mama’s baby,” and enjoy the role, but must give up childhood pampering, or continue tossing on a sea of emotional turmoil.  When you assume adult responsibilities, you will exercise your fine qualities of honor, loyalty and discipline.  Then you will earn the respect and pride, as well as the love of parents and peers, which you have always known.

Planets in Aspect

Jupiter square Pluto  (Strength:  5.71)

(The Despot)

You are almost certain to evoke the criticism of others and run into power plays because they feel threatened by your obsession with success.  If you are sure of your ground, you will defend your principles and convictions with all your might, but must first discern if you are right and can prove yourself and your ideals to all parties.  If you wish to lead others and gain their respect, you must examine yourself thoroughly to determine if you are above reproach.

Sun trine Neptune  (Strength:  5.10)

(The Harmonious)

Your innate idealism is spiritually inspired.  You believe in the “good, the true and the beautiful.”  Your relationships symbolize a wish for accord with all humanity. Do not waste your gift of a lively imagination in idle daydreams.  Coupled with an acute business acumen, it may take you far in the material world.  But, at some time you will discover a need for metaphysical growth and find a channel for expression that may be unusual but of benefit to others.

Moon square Pluto  (Strength:  5.03)

(The Durable)

Constant challenges for change control your deepest feelings because your emotional turbulence can be destructive. Power struggles with others indicate power struggles within yourself which must be brought to light for resolution. Sometimes you will be attracted to that which is absolutely wrong for you but will pursue it anyway to your detriment. Recognize your difficulties as opportunities for evolvement.  You have more than adequate fortitude to survive and benefit.

Moon conjunct Jupiter  (Strength:  4.74)

(The Equipollent)

You have a strong conviction that what you put into something will be returned in equal measure.  In most cases you are right, and since you project confidence, enthusiasm, nurturing and good will, that is what you attract.  However, you must avoid temptations to acquire “too much of a good thing.”  You are, by nature, given to excesses.  Don’t allow your optimism to lure you with empty hopes and promises into depths beyond your reach and over your head.

Saturn trine Uranus  (Strength:  4.22)

(The Technician)

You prepare for the future by attending to the present, but are not easily upset by unexpected changes, since you realize that “nothing is forever.”  If you feel that some modification or adjustment is in order, you will try to accommodate it within your structure.  But, a need for new skills is met with the idea that you will have extra tools to advance your position.  You are open to utilizing new ideas without sacrificing what you have worked hard to establish.

Sun sextile Pluto  (Strength:  4.11)

(The Booster)

You have a great deal of creative energy which you may use to advance your ambitions or to promote improvements through others for a common good.  You can impress authority figures with your individuality, or may head an organization where you can exercise your abilities to increase potentials beyond established limits.  Yours is a life of never-ending expansion and elevated aims that are the result of your willingness to accept changes for the better.

Mercury sextile Venus  (Strength:  3.47)

(The Cartoonist)

Relaxation is important to you and you learn early to pace yourself to allow time for pleasure.  You tend to take things at face value, are easy-going and amusing to have around.  You appreciate art forms, but if you draw, are more likely to “doodle” or present the lighter side of mankind in caricature, which expresses your tongue-in-cheek attitude. You are a winsome companion, if lacking the solemnity to provide variable shadows on your sunny side of the street!

Sun inconjunct Jupiter  (Strength:  3.40)

(The Unaware)

Your enthusiastic plans may be thwarted because of a lack of preparation or experience.  You may overextend yourself in your hurry to expand your horizons.  Self-indulgence can bring an end to your dreams.  Over-compensation for disappointments, in the form of excesses, can result in problems with weight or addictions which require more than willpower to overcome.  Try to invite projects that demand your best in constructive action for the lasting rewards you seek.

Mars sextile Saturn  (Strength:  3.30)

(The Informed)

You realize your capabilities and are willing to work carefully for lasting results.  You do not take work loads as burdens, but as opportunities to improve your worth.  Your perseverance commands the respect, and sometimes attracts the dismay of others who lack your willingness to satisfy demands. You may be considered a “bookworm” or put your energies into serious tasks that others disdain, but are sure to have the last laugh when rewards are passed out.

Mars sextile Uranus  (Strength:  2.92)

(The Uncommon)

The songs “MY WAY” and “I GOTTA BE ME” exemplify your lifestyle.  You must be your “own” person and claim individual credit for your efforts.  You react strongly to subconscious suggestions and should realize that “unexpected” events are “set ups” originating within you.  Your unique abilities must be encouraged and guided.  You can become expert at whatever you choose to explore, but develop self-doubt if held from the unusual methods you use to achieve results.

Moon trine Mercury  (Strength:  1.40)

(The Synchronizer)

You are in touch with yourself and your needs which affords you a state of balance.   Because you are at peace, you are able to accomplish tasks with a minimum of bother, and express clearly and concisely so that others accept your ideas and grant your requests.  You may travel or communicate with people impulsively, because “something tells you” to do so. Flashes of this same intuition are useful in divining the needs of others and fulfilling them before you are asked.

Neptune sextile Pluto  (Strength:  1.21)

(The Self-aware)

It is important that you have the support of your family and friends.  You are extremely sensitive and subject yourself to self-criticism that can be destructive and depressing.  It may be that you need professional help to build your self-esteem.  Later, you may transfer your intense feelings into knowledge you share with others.  You may pursue a career in psychiatry or psychology, but will continue to investigate your own psyche for answers as to what “makes you tick.”

Sun inconjunct Moon  (Strength:  1.14)

(The Reflection)

Your determination to succeed may cause you to trip over your ego.  Joint resources may fall victim to your personal ambitions or shortage of willpower when push comes to shove. Don’t blame your lack of vitality on health problems, rather than take a rest when your body indicates the need.  You will find a likeness of what you project in others.  No amount of “cover-ups” or excuses will bring you stability.  Use this as a guide to establish your equilibrium early-on.

Moon opposite Venus  (Strength:  0.88)

(The Mirage)

You believe in pleasures of the moment, but must be careful that you can pay your debts “tomorrow.”  You feel that you can have your own way just by being “you,” not from conceit, but that in some way you have a special birthright and the world owes you a living.  Much of what you fantasize may come about because of your positive attitude of expectation, but be prepared for those times when only the sweat of your brow will produce the results you desire.

Venus conjunct Saturn  (Strength:  0.68)

(The Devoted)

Others may not understand your serious views, but your reserved attitude indicates a desire for a loyalty as unflagging as your own.  You will be careful about declaring your feelings until you are reasonably sure of your ground and are satisfied that you can justify or cement differences between you.  If you decide that a relationship will not survive the test of time, you will opt to dissolve it without regret, feeling there is nothing substantial to pursue.

Astrology Reading for: Leo – 7.23.1996 – Rising Sign: Taurus

sarah danielle

Sun in the Fourth House

(The Favorite)

You will probably think of your childhood as a happy time and relate well to your parents. Part of your attitude is because you take responsibility for your siblings, who look to you for counseling, as well as creating the fun and games of which all children are fond.  Because of your closeness, you may rely too much upon one another and have few outside contacts, but you’ll regard close friends as family and entertain in your home.  If you need psychological counseling at some time, you’ll easily recall early experiences to which a therapist can relate and discover the root of your problems.

Moon in Libra

(The Dependent)

You have a burning desire to please and will go to great lengths to do so.  You cultivate an image of glamour and success, are probably a compulsive buyer and enjoy wearing distinctive and expensive clothes.  You attract easily, and are popular, but fickle.  You may be over-critical of your partners until you realize that, because you are easily-led, you need someone to help you make decisions.  You are either too lazy or insecure to try to develop much self-reliance.  A strong instinct that a special relationship is “fated” may lead you to the proper person to be your life-mate.

Moon in the Sixth House

(Les Miserables)

A devotion to duty, when coupled with the psychological impact of feeling “used”, can result in what can only be termed a “martyr complex.”  Because you are serious by nature, you will allow, and even insist on bearing the impositions of others; then fretting over your oppressions until you make yourself ill.  Learn to know what is your package, and then how to balance it so that it becomes not a BURDEN, but a steadying agent as you approach maturity.

Mars in the Second House

(The Moneymaker)

Money, possessions and things you personally value will always be important to you.  The danger is that egoistic Mars can be obsessive and the acquisition of money may represent your only achievement.  While money is power, your life-values are a different kind of wealth.  At some time, you will need a partner to manage your assets.  It is only by sharing what you have earned OR learned that you receive full benefit of what you have achieved.

Jupiter in the Ninth House

(The Missionary)

You may feel you were born with a definite purpose in life to help others to elevate themselves to a position of higher learning.  Your ministerial bent may take you to foreign lands.  Whatever your message, you are firm in your beliefs and the authority you communicate in your writings or lectures will impress those who listen with your sincerity.

Saturn in Aries

(The Repressed)

You may fight against restrictions imposed upon you, but if you insist on doing things “your” way, you will find stumbling blocks in your path and doors that should open will close.  Patience and forbearance will enforce the discipline to climb to the heights you struggle to gain.  In later years, you will receive the rewards you desire now.  Your solid foundations will last long after you have passed the frustration it took to achieve your purpose.

Saturn in the Twelfth House

(The Shadow)

You may sense that “something” is following you–that things are left unfinished for you to complete.  It may be that you ARE responsible for some of your problems, but your attitude may account for much of your frustration.  Though you feel like isolating yourself, you are leaving a gap by doing so.  Fill it with a resolve to come out of yourself to view the world around you, as others see it.  It is indeed a beautiful place to live.

Uranus in Aquarius

(The Original)

You like yourself and are generally happy with who and what you are.  Even if there are some who think you eccentric instead of ingenious, you have a following of genuine friends who admire your distinctive ways.  Many of them are like you: open, kind, cultured, altruistic and social.  You probably share the same interests and concerns for the survival of the earth and the elevation of mankind.  In your competent hands, we might be closer to Utopia than most would believe.

Uranus in the Tenth House

(The Rebel)

You may change your mind more than once about a choice of career.  You’re impatient and dislike criticism, so may have problems with anyone who makes rules and expects you to conform.  Your mind is quick and innovative, but you often have so many irons in the fire, you can’t decide which to put on the front burner.  Your potential is obvious, but you must listen to those in authority and adapt your unique skills and ideas to their format, if you are to succeed.

Neptune in Capricorn

(The Mogul)

No matter what you put your hand to, it seems to come up gold.  This is no accident, but the result of keen insight, careful planning, and the persistence to ride over rough times and wait until fortune smiles.  You’re sometimes observed as a barometer for the stock market.  Even obscure plans take shape under your direction.  When you trust someone, you take his shortcomings as your own.  If betrayed, your confidence can only be rebuilt by time and testing.

Neptune in the Ninth House

(The Priest)

You are highly conscious of the spiritual side of life and may feel you are “called” to take your place as a theologian.  You need not become a minister in the orthodox sense, but can adopt and employ valuable philosophies.  Don’t be impatient to achieve your goals.  Allow opportunities to emerge as you grow in faith.  Recognize that the price of higher knowledge is often one of self-sacrifice that does not admit the ego as a constructive energy.

Pluto in Sagittarius

(The Kinsman)

Your high spiritual calling creates a restlessness that will not let you relax until others acknowledge what you know inherently:  That under the skin, all men are brothers.  Your mission is to discover a way of integrating concepts that are acceptable to all.  In your role as catalyst, you will learn patience to calm your strident condemnations of that which delays your plans or ideas you neither originate nor can grasp in the twinkling of an eye.

Pluto in the Seventh House

(The Autocrat)

You can expect to receive in kind whatever you devise, but may bite off more than you can chew.  In all partnerships you assume you will set the rules, but may find others have their own ideas and expect you to consider them.  If there are conflicts, you may face actions that are far from above-board, but if you are fair in your demands, you need not provoke destructive consequences.  You can use the powerful energies you project to strengthen your ties.

Capricorn Midheaven

You should find a career that takes advantage of your organizational ability.  You work pragmatically and consistently, and pay attention to the little things that make a difference.  You are very responsible in your career, displaying a high sense of duty.  You are ambitious, but are willing to carry a large share of the load on your way to the top.  Furthermore, you are not just a maintainer of the status quo or a reactor to events, but see in a clear-eyed way what needs to be done and will initiate action on your own.

Your choice of career typically displays an acknowledgement of financial and material realities.  It may not be flashy, but it is secure and worthwhile.  During your life, your patience may be tested by periods of loneliness, poor health, hard work, poverty, or problems with your marriage, children or aged dependents.  You may feel that your road has been a lonely one without much assistance.  If you give way to melancholy, you may become passive about your lot and suspiciously distrustful even of your friends.  Alternately, stress can cause you to become cynical and ruthless.  However, your greatest success will come in those areas where through long, hard work you complete tasks that others do not even attempt.

Occupations consistent with your material, ambitious style of work include executive, builder, real estate or agriculture worker, stockbroker, administrator, civil servant, computer scientist, academic, engineer, photographer, doctor, biologist, chemist, miner, metallurgist, or prolific author .  For the most personal career guide, also consider the nature of any planets which fall in the 10th house or conjoin the Midheaven, the sign and house placements of Saturn, ruler of the Midheaven, and any aspects which other planets make to the Midheaven.

North Node in the Sixth House

(The Healer)

You must overcome your fear of the unknown before your restorative powers become evident.  At times, your own physical ailments and surprising recoveries will call attention to your gifts until you are confident to explore and refine them.  Acknowledgment of your own self-worth is repayment for the years granted to serve your fellow man.

Planets in Aspect

Sun trine Pluto  (Strength:  9.34)

(The Success)

Your determination to succeed impresses others and attracts those who may help you.  You will define your goals and examine the changes required to accomplish them at each stage of your progress. If it means becoming a “new” person, you will undergo necessary reforms and transformation.  Good health accompanies your positive attitude.  At one with perfect spiritual harmony, you achieve the balance necessary to realize, accept and maintain a position of prominence.

Sun opposite Uranus  (Strength:  7.22)

(The Destroyer)

Outside influences may lead you to believe that upsets are inevitable.  In reality, unexpressed feelings result in tensions you find it difficult to acknowledge.  You may not recognize any pace but “fast-forward,” and ignore a need to “relax and enjoy.”  Running away is not an answer to problems.  Interactions with partners can indicate how you relate to the universe.  You are a unique individual who can invent the ways and means necessary to align yourself with the cosmos.

Sun opposite Neptune  (Strength:  4.54)

(The Faddist)

You are vulnerable to the input of others and may unwisely adopt diets in vogue or even “popular” illnesses, such as the “vapors” of turn-of-the-century belles or hallucinatory drugs of the ’60’s.  As your own worst enemy, you deceive yourself that you are like everyone else instead of a uniquely-sensitive individual.  If you have doubts about people or circumstances, ask for advice from a wiser head, since yours is often in the clouds.

Neptune conjunct Midheaven  (Strength:  4.44)

(The Lotus)

You may be confused as to what your life is about and how to direct it.  You are a dreamer, inclined to mystical, rather than physical practices.  You may examine eastern philosophies where the elevation of the soul is valued above bodily needs, or minister, selflessly, to the unfortunates of the world, without acclaim or reward.  Your purpose must be to alleviate the suffering of mankind.  Like any pioneer dedicated to a cause, you may give your life for it.

Moon trine Venus  (Strength:  4.16)

(The Lover)

You live for love and instinctively know how to have your love returned.  You enjoy socializing with friends, and like to make or give little mementos that have personal meaning.  You may work or be employed in a manner that provides an outlet for your artistic gifts.  When you fall in love, your partner will be fortunate as you find a thousand ways to express your love unselfishly without jealousy, possessiveness or other destructive qualities to spoil your idyll.

Moon square Neptune  (Strength:  3.00)

(The Self-deluder)

You may daydream and not understand mood swings that come upon you suddenly.  Others may think you “peculiar” if you express yourself as a psychic when you follow hunches that are generally undependable.  If you become absorbed with your “powers,” you may choose illusion over reality or become part of sects that use drugs in unhealthy rituals to increase awareness.  You must learn to develop concentration and the ability to distinguish fact from fiction.

Jupiter square Saturn  (Strength:  2.92)

(The Wary)

You are much like the old song that complains: “You have a feeling that you wanna go — then, you wanna stay — but you gotta go!”  You have an urge to expand or break away from restrictions, but may be overly careful — as if you never feel you have what it takes to succeed, so are a perpetual student instead of a graduate in the school of life.  You may set modest goals, unworthy of your higher potential.  Faith in yourself will prepare you for the success you can achieve.

Uranus conjunct Midheaven  (Strength:  2.67)

(The Exceptional)

You were not cut in a conventional mold and may lead an unusual life.  Your main problems are instability, indecision, and a sometimes-rebellious attitude.  You are also inventive and optimistic.  You thrive on the excitement of a new adventure.  Sudden chances pave your way to success.  Do not depend on, but learn to be aware of them.   Like lightning, opportunities may come only once.  You must take advantage quickly before the moment is gone forever.

Uranus sextile Pluto  (Strength:  2.31)

(The Discoverer)

You are self-involved — not selfishly — but curious about what makes your world “tick.”  You will tackle nearly anything new with gusto.  Your own skills and talents amaze you as you uncover them.  You are not as analytical as mechanically-inclined.  You have the ability to take things apart and put them back together, embellished with your improvements.  Each success sparks you to take the next step in your evolvement.  You are excited about “tomorrow.”

Mars inconjunct Neptune  (Strength:  1.84)

(The Irrational)

You can let emotions get in the way of common sense.  You will attempt to deceive others or be deceived if you are too insecure to use good judgment.  Your sensitivity may add to a store of unresolved anger within.   Self-discipline is a preferable alternative to trying to escape problems through dwelling in a world of fantasy rather than reality.  If you need help to keep a focus, you may look for and accept it on a spiritual level, and grow past difficulties in the process.

Mars inconjunct Pluto  (Strength:  0.70)

(The Unyielding)

If you seem unwilling to acknowledge more than your own opinion, it can cost you the friends, jobs, and opportunities for leadership that you earnestly desire.  You may be obsessed with your personal interests, and openly show resentment of the mistakes of others, which you think spoil your chances. Or, you may learn a lesson in tolerance, if you are the victim of a martinet.  See yourself in another’s place before you act, to gain rewards instead of rebukes for your efforts.

Moon trine Mars  (Strength:  0.50)

(The Spearhead)

Your high physical energy propels you to the head of the crowd.  Whatever you do will be aggressively active, and sometimes competitive, but not necessarily combative. Relationships with others are intense, as are your feelings.  You have the strength of your convictions at all times, but rather than force them on others, will convince them to see things your way because of your inherent enthusiasm.  You are a lover of life, and life, in turn, loves you back!

Mercury inconjunct Jupiter  (Strength:  0.41)

(The Blind-spot)

You may be so intent on impressing others with your grandiose ideas that you fail to see your own shortcomings.  If you preach philosophical concepts, be sure that you adhere to the rules you set for others.  Or, you may be easily flattered and led to attempt more than you can handle.  It is unlikely that you will over-do periods of self-examination, or deal harshly with your faults.  Take an inward look before embarking on the outward leap that may lead to your downfall.

Mercury trine Saturn  (Strength:  0.34)

(The Wise)

You were born with a serious mind for business and a gift for organization.  Your patience gives you stick-to-itiveness to complete what you start with accuracy and perfection. While you are analytical, you are also fair and your constructive criticism will be accepted by those who respect your logic.  You may be conservative in relationships, but by holding high values will attract and maintain friends who are worthwhile, loyal, beneficial and permanent in your life.

Sun trine Saturn  (Strength:  0.03)

(The Mason)

You lay your foundations with an awareness that you are building for tomorrow.  Authority figures appreciate your dedication and ability to organize your work so that all runs smoothly.  Your needs and the needs of others are met in your relationships, though there may be a generation gap between you.  If you remain stable but flexible, you should enjoy the success you deserve for your patience and inherent understanding of yourself and those who care for you.

Abundant Substance

With abundant planets in the houses of substance, you know your place in the material world.  You know how to extract value and give value via your business, work, and career activities.  The rules of the world come easily to you.  Others admire and depend on your hard work and practical nature.  If you get depressed, make time for recreation and family.

Abundant Endings

With abundant planets in the houses of endings, you are probably sensitive, moody, and introspective.  You are not afraid to show your feelings and make an empathetic listener to the problems and feelings of others.  You have been around the track enough yourself to sense what others are going through and to show that you care.  You are not the most intellectual or practical person.  You can be easily swayed by an appeal to your emotions.

Lack of Relationships

Relating to other people probably plays a minor role in your life.  You could remain unmarried, be a loner, or even be an orphan.  Your thinking is probably subjective or personal, without the objectivity that comes from having communicated with many people.  Let others teach you by showing you and if they give you any feedback on your thinking, see if you can learn from it.

A lack of planets in the houses of Relationships can be offset by abundant planets in Air signs.

Balanced Sign Modalities

In your chart, the planets are distributed in a balanced manner between the Cardinal, Fixed, and Mutable modalities.  Ability to act and survive in the world is balanced with inner insight.  You stick to your values and principles at the same time that you react quickly and adapt to changes.  You have the ability to listen as well as to lead.  You enjoy life, but also do not shrink from facing challenges.

Abundant Cadent

An abundance of planets in the cadent houses helps to make you versatile and adaptable.  You are flexible in your plans, adapting easily to changes or to the people whom you meet.  You may travel a lot or move frequently.  You are a good listener and communicator.  You will use your mind a lot or frequently spend time alone during your life.

Abundant Angular

An abundance of planets in the angular houses helps to give you drive and initiative.  It makes you active in the external world.  Expressing your individuality is important to you.  You are probably a leader who enjoys challenges and can get things moving.

Lack of Succedent

A lack of planets in succedent houses gives you a certain emotional detachment.  You do not pay much attention to the pleasures of the body or to cultivating a particular group of friends.  Enjoying life is not the most important thing to you.  You act not on the basis of feeling or principle, but from necessity.  You tend to be a restless wanderer of either the world or the mind.

A lack of planets in the Succedent houses can be offset by abundant planets in the Fixed signs.

Astrology Reading for Cancer – 7.19.1950 – Aries/Taurus Rising

Aries Ascendant

(The Unswerving)

Your direct approach and military bearing are evident.  Your gaze is direct and you can use it to express the power you hold.  Physically, you give an appearance of strength and purpose with a determination to succeed at all costs.  It is difficult for you to hide anger, since your usually-soft eyes take on a steely-look and your complexion becomes beet-red. You pride yourself in meeting life “head on,” but must remember to avoid unnecessary collisions.

Sun in Cancer

(Keynote: I FEEL)

You are sensitive, nurturing, devoted and caring, but can be moody, petulant, over-emotional and unforgiving.  Your attachment to the home stems from an allegiance to a mother-figure.  Your interest in food may extend to gourmet cooking as a hobby or a career.  You are an excellent business person, with a shrewd and logical view, but tend to keep things to yourself, which is not always wise.  If you have no outlet for your feelings, you may make yourself the victim of digestive ills, or prolonged seclusion may cost you the friendship of those who represent security in your life.

Moon in Virgo

(The Spartan)

Your outwardly-cool attitude may cause others to approach you with caution, and make friendship difficult.  You are capable of accomplishing a lot, with little to work with.  You are not particularly ambitious, but may over-emphasize your limitations.  A place in scientific research is possible, where your practical mind and attention to detail can be appreciated.  If you are too hard on yourself or others, you can destroy your chances for recognition of your excellent merits.  Digestive difficulties may occur if you fret obsessively with no outlet for your frustrations.

Moon in the Fifth House

(The Easy-Rider)

You enjoy a child-like lack of responsibility, so may not wish to leave childhood behind.  You are likable, but  sometimes irresponsible.  Theater is a good place to project your emotions.  Children identify with the child-in-you, so you are valuable as a teacher.  You may be having too much fun to commit to long-term relationships or a demanding career, and must overcome qualities of superficiality and self-indulgence to exercise your highest potential.

Mars in Libra

(The Captivator)

An intensive yen for romance may tempt you to marry early and in haste, which is inviting trouble.  You enjoy life as an “attention-getter” with good looks and a congenial manner to attract those with the same qualities.  You will also inevitably provoke the jealousy that goes with popularity.  You’re really too intelligent to indulge your penchant for changing partners each time you dance.  You have what it takes to recognize the “right” one, with all you need to be happy.

Mars in the Sixth House

(The Team Captain)

You are impatient to achieve success.  You identify with any project personally, so always do your best.  As a team member, you may become frustrated if things don’t go your way. In charge, you expect your workers to share your enthusiasm and put forth the same effort you expend, but will demand the lion’s share of credit.  Add the respect of your followers to your laurels by sharing the rewards of your labor.  A demanding employer may also be a generous friend.

Jupiter in Pisces

(The Benevolent)

No sacrifice is too great for you to make to help someone in need.  But, you are extremely impressionable, and must be careful not to absorb and experience the ills of others as your own.  Whether you receive the same compassion you give is immaterial.  You serve cheerfully and derive your greatest satisfaction from seeing the positive results of your efforts.

Jupiter in the Eleventh House

(The Faithful Friend)

It is not by accident that you have many friends, for you are as loyal and supportive as they are.  You are active socially and many of the events you attend will be charitable in nature.  You extend your own expectations through contacts with others.  While you seldom ask for rewards, you often receive more than you give.

Saturn in Virgo

(The Precisionist)

It is hard for others to live up to your exacting standards.  Your sense of duty keeps you at your job tidying up details with or without financial rewards.  You are as critical of yourself as you are of others.  Justifying your actions by admitting your own shortcomings will not bring you the companionship you lack.  Try to overcome your tendency to look on the dark side and come into the light where your keen mind and unexcelled discipline can be appreciated.

Saturn in the Fifth House

(The Kill-joy)

The influence of an overly-strict father or lack of a sense-of-humor may feed your reputation as a “wet blanket,” or you may find others spoiling YOUR fun!  Instead of enjoying pleasures of the moment, you may regard them as distractions that keep you from shouldering your burdens.  Your ambitions may be beyond the reach of your children.  Don’t become the dull boy in the proverb: (“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy!”)  Lighten up!  Live a little!

Uranus in Cancer

(The Whimsical)

You are an uncommon, often-disruptive influence in the home.  Overly-sensitive, you can brood over imagined wrongs, but may never voice your unhappiness or resentments.  Others may not comprehend your dour moods.  You can benefit by quiet times of self-analysis.  Try to include your loved ones in discussions that will strengthen your bonds and prevent the dissension associated with your eccentricities.  Much may be accomplished by mutual understanding.

Uranus in the Third House

(The Chameleon)

Your ingenious mind keeps you alert to pressures to adapt yourself to your surroundings and find ways of fitting in. Life is an adventure with new ways open at every turn of the road.  You are like an explorer, never denying that anything is possible and delighted to discover the unusual.  You may lack a basic security, but get the most out of staying flexible–a perpetual student, open to new experiences as part of your development, that keep you young at heart.

Neptune in Libra

(The Influenced)

You are subject to peer pressure which may not always serve your best interests.  Because you are an idealist, you may be drawn into causes that are without substance.  You seldom attempt anything alone, and prefer groups to a partner. If your dreams don’t interfere with the reality of a material world, you can inspire others to adopt altruistic ways of living.  It is your belief that what we have is not as important as our willingness to share it.

Neptune in the Sixth House

(The Sensitive)

You may suffer allergies or dietary problems that are difficult to diagnose from early childhood.  You must be careful about ingesting drugs, even if they are prescribed by a physician.  A tender heart may lead you to work for those less fortunate than yourself, either as a career, or an act of charity.  Those who oppose you as “too good to be true” are envious of the satisfaction derived from your unselfish service.  Ignore them and enjoy your good works.

Pluto in Leo

(The Agitated)

Your ability to keep things at a fever pitch needs careful regulating to avoid constant upheaval in your life and the lives of others.  Your senses are keen.  Use them to recognize a need for transforming human affairs.  Take your place in bettering your environment by helping others to better theirs.  It is preferable to accept the accolades of your peers for your good work than to indulge the self-aggrandizement negatively associated with your sign.

Pluto in the Fourth House

(The Martinet)

At best, you exemplify the iron fist in the velvet glove in your demands of your family and the structure of your home.  A Victorian father would best describe the image you present to your children, who may eventually find your edicts absurd. We are often victims of victims.  Practices of your parents may no longer be valid when you have outgrown childhood.  Try to break any ties that keep you bound to outmoded ideas or policies that are no longer practical.

North Node in Aries

(The Uncertain)

You project confidence, but are plagued with doubt that you can produce all that you promise.  You dislike calling others for assistance because it means exposing your soft underbelly.  When you learn you have many supporters waiting to follow your lead, you may discover that “your own person” is the “you” you wanted to be all along.

North Node in the Twelfth House

(The Neglected)

You may feel your high ideals set you apart, but are often aware that you are part of struggling humanity.  If you are unappreciated, you look inward for answers, and may find a morsel of truth.  But, life requires full participation.  In nurturing others, you will realize that we are all one and when the bell tolls, it does, indeed, “toll for thee!”

Planets in Aspect

Jupiter trine Uranus  (Strength:  5.78)

(The Favored)

You are blessed with unexpected opportunities that seem to materialize from nowhere.  But, unless you are quick to take advantage, they may vanish like smoke from a Genie’s lamp.  Fortunately, you enjoy or will create the necessary freedom to accept any bounty that comes your way.  If it involves change, your pleasure is doubled.  You are ready to grow, expand and, when given the chance, develop the ability to fly towards your fortune with the wind at your back!

Mars sextile Pluto  (Strength:  3.92)

(The Resolved)

Your determination to succeed can take you to the top of the heap.  You tackle challenges, assured of necessary strength in surmounting obstacles.  Avoid a messianic complex that you are “the” person to bring about the salvation of others, regardless of their opinions or feelings.  You have the ability to dissect your own problems and settle them with practical solutions.  In the process, you may discover the transforming power of regeneration within you.

Mars conjunct Neptune  (Strength:  3.66)

(The Converse)

You are dealing with energies diametrically opposed, but can achieve balance if you notice or anticipate sudden bursts of or drops in endurance.  By using your intuition, you may be aware of those who try to involve you in nefarious activities or take advantage by appealing to your ego.  Gather your resources when you are discouraged or lack the drive to launch your dreams.  Objectivity instead of subjectivity may furnish answers otherwise unacceptable to your sensitive nature.

Moon conjunct Saturn  (Strength:  2.76)

(The Responsible)

You may have had to take on “too much too soon,” but find ways to lighten your load.  Taking duty seriously does not mean jeopardizing your health or even your sense of humor. You tend to be hard on yourself, over-critical and frustrated because you feel out of synch with others, but you will develop excellent discipline and become self-reliant and trustworthy.  You recognize your mortality, but take as your creed: “When the going gets tough, the tough get going!”

Moon opposite Jupiter  (Strength:  2.02)

(The Double Standard)

You are a sharing, caring person, but resist being led or forced to accept circumstances not of your choosing.  You may even feel partnerships should not limit your personal freedom. On the other hand, you may be demanding of others because they “owe” you, or just because they care for you.  Consider why you have these feelings.  You may solidify relationships by agreeing to a more equitable arrangement of “give and take” or drop commitments that are less than worthwhile.

Neptune sextile Pluto  (Strength:  1.58)

(The Self-aware)

It is important that you have the support of your family and friends.  You are extremely sensitive and subject yourself to self-criticism that can be destructive and depressing.  It may be that you need professional help to build your self-esteem.  Later, you may transfer your intense feelings into knowledge you share with others.  You may pursue a career in psychiatry or psychology, but will continue to investigate your own psyche for answers as to what “makes you tick.”

Mercury inconjunct Jupiter  (Strength:  0.97)

(The Blind-spot)

You may be so intent on impressing others with your grandiose ideas that you fail to see your own shortcomings.  If you preach philosophical concepts, be sure that you adhere to the rules you set for others.  Or, you may be easily flattered and led to attempt more than you can handle.  It is unlikely that you will over-do periods of self-examination, or deal harshly with your faults.  Take an inward look before embarking on the outward leap that may lead to your downfall.

Balance of Elements and Modalities

Abundant Water

In your case, the heart rules the head.  Your emotional drives are strong and you act primarily on the basis of your feelings.  Whether your feelings are purely personal, interpersonal, or transpersonal is up to you, but generally you are a life-oriented person who feels keenly and who acts to support your family, friends, and community.  You are happiest when you are in a caring relationship with a significant other.  That person should be comfortable with the emotional closeness that you bring to relationships, while providing the structure or inspiration that you need.  Some of your friends will not be as comfortable with emotional closeness as you are, and you will have to respect their boundaries.  You have probably learned over the years how to keep your sensitive nature from being hurt.  Don’t permanently withdraw, but find the people with whom and the environment in which you can be yourself.

Because of your sensitivity, you easily pick up others’ thoughts and feelings.  You can anticipate others’ needs before they have expressed them.  You can usually rely on your intuition when it comes to forecasting the outcome of personal and career decisions.  If you decide to use your psychic abilities for healing, learn to let go of the negative feelings that you process from others.  Since you are so sensitive, find quiet moments for private introspection in which you can reconnect with what you feel instead of what others feel.  You also find it revitalizing to be around large bodies of water.

You do have a need to stop and think things through before acting.  Make the effort to communicate with others who may have a more objective viewpoint or who could see solutions that elude you.  You can sometimes be criticized for acting from a purely personal perspective, which you could avoid by learning and respecting society’s larger viewpoint.  You can be very creative in finding paths to your personal goals.  Keep the larger viewpoint in mind and later you will not have to try to rationalize to others why you chose those paths.

Lack of Fire

You are willing to let flashier individuals take center-stage and lead the way.  You are probably unenthusiastic about change and are passive when it comes to creating change through leadership.  You may be aggressive in a defensive way, but lack the self-confidence to take the offensive.  Lacking the impulsiveness of Fire, you are more likely to be a careful worker and a reliable mate, though you could stand to be less detached and more personally involved with your spouse and family.

A lack of planets in Fire signs can be offset by a Fire sign ascendant or by abundant planets in the houses of Life.

Abundant Cardinal

With an abundance of planets in the Cardinal signs, you find it easy to function on your own as an autonomous individual.  You have a pretty good grasp of how the real world works, which you may have acquired through your willingness to try new things.  An active person, you find challenges stimulating.  Success comes through big ventures that others are too intimidated to attempt.  You would make a good entrepreneur, but look for other indications in your chart to see if you have the qualities needed to stay with a project or grow a business.  You’re not really a team player.  You are likely to encounter some problems in your life as a result of being so one-sidedly focused on your own goals and activities.  But you are good at overcoming problems.  Personal survival is important to you and you are capable of learning.  You manifest your love through a lack of fear that makes the future happen.

Lack of Fixed

With a lack of planets in Fixed signs, you probably find it difficult to settle down or concentrate on one thing for a long time.  You tend to be all over the place.  The advantage is that you are able to do many things at once and can move forward with change and growth when desirable.  You are a free spirit, not overly weighed down by attachments.  You may be daring, brave, and filled with ideas, but you need individuals in your life who can provide the structure and stability that you lack.  If necessary, you can force yourself to finish projects through mental discipline and willpower.

A lack of planets in the Fixed signs can be offset by a Fixed sign ascendant or by abundant planets in the Succedent houses.

Abundant Succedent

An abundance of planets in the succedent houses increases your ability to enjoy life.  In turn, you can give others pleasure.  You are a basically stable person with strong values, feelings, and attachments.  You enoy working to build the structure of your life.  As you gain confidence in your self, you bind others to you with love.  You have a strong physical presence.

Astrology Reading for Cancer – 7.18.1933 – Rising Sign: Unknown

Planets in Signs

Moon in Gemini

(The Vigorous)

You can live by your wits and talk your way in and/or out of a situation quickly.  You assume whatever image is expected, to your advantage, but can be tempted to deceive others.  These qualities fit you to be a versatile actor or in some profession that requires lively debate, i.e. an attorney, or a politician.  You are as good with your hands as your mind, but lack the perseverance to tackle a job that requires stick-to-itiveness.  If you sight a goal and channel your remarkable mental abilities, you can employ the discipline necessary to accomplish it in record time.

Venus in Leo

(The Extravagant)

Your infatuation with luxury prods you towards compulsive buying.  You enjoy lavishing expensive gifts, dining or theater-going whether you can afford it or not.  If you cannot manage the lifestyle you covet, you may try to create an illusion of opulence as a fantasy world of your own and discover gifts as a decorator or designer.  Consider finding a way to utilize your talents in some form of theater that will attract the attention and plaudits you relish.

Jupiter in Virgo

(The Hopeful)

Flashes of optimism will ease your concerns with yourself, allow you to relax, and overcome feelings of apprehension.  By being “yourself,” others can admire your fine qualities of intelligence, insight and practicality.  During those periods you may receive the advances you’ve desired, but were too conservative to promote.

Saturn in Aquarius

(The Apprentice)

You are a student of the universe and will explore different avenues, while attracting a variety of friends. Many of these will be with you for your lifetime of discovery.  You will delve into both orthodox and progressive values before adapting them to your own original purposes.  Your findings may have intrinsic worth in your later years.  Don’t discount their significance.  A master is no less a master because he must adhere to a need for creature comforts.

Uranus in Aries

(The Radical)

Nothing can stop your headlong plunge into the heart of life.  But, you are very like Icarus in Greek mythology, who flew with wings of wax and fell into the sea when the sun melted them.  Your spirit of adventure, coupled with enormous self-confidence may override prudence.  But, your rash, impulsive ways are also the stuff on which invention thrives. Expect to devote time to prove your concepts before demanding that a conventional world accept them as significant.

Neptune in Virgo

(The Caretaker)

You are unique in your approach to remedying the world’s ills on a personal level.  You offer your healing gifts to children and animals or the flora and fauna vital to our survival.  You may serve a humane crusade in a mundane job, and receive little credit, other than the satisfaction of participation.  You are highly critical of those who will not “put their money where their mouth is,” and believe in doing what you can to make life easier for other human beings.

Pluto in Cancer

(The Resentful)

Your family life is in constant flux.  Some of it seems without purpose and can cause you to feel a loss of the love you cherish.  Strong feelings may indicate that you are in some personal way responsible for the estrangement you sense, whether it is evident to others or not.  It is important to find someone older to talk to, particularly in your formative years, who may placate your fears and start you on the road to self-reliance, which is the answer to your problems.

North Node in Pisces

(The Purist)

You have definite ideas of what the world should be like.  True comradeship is a rarity because few measure up to your rigid standards.  Your search for higher spirit will stimulate compassion for your fellow man and allow for human failure. No one may fulfill another’s karma or judge another’s essence.  Your desire should be to try to perfect yourself, inspiring others to do the same by your example.

Planets in Aspect

Moon square Neptune  (Strength:  5.81)

(The Self-deluder)

You may daydream and not understand mood swings that come upon you suddenly.  Others may think you “peculiar” if you express yourself as a psychic when you follow hunches that are generally undependable.  If you become absorbed with your “powers,” you may choose illusion over reality or become part of sects that use drugs in unhealthy rituals to increase awareness.  You must learn to develop concentration and the ability to distinguish fact from fiction.

Sun square Uranus  (Strength:  5.06)

(The Daredevil)

You are courageous, but may also be rebellious and reckless.  If expecting the unexpected appeals to you, your life should be as thrilling and exciting as you could wish. But, if you try to sail a smooth sea, you may invite upsets that continually disturb your plans.  Changes may damage your originality, if you plunge headlong into the unknown, but upon examination may provide you with the means to mold your life-direction until it accommodates your special cast.

Mercury opposite Saturn  (Strength:  4.84)

(The Despondent)

You are hard on yourself, and easily discouraged if you fail to live up to or are not rewarded by your high standards. Use your critical abilities constructively.  You have an unsurpassed eye for detail, accept responsibility and if you are not confident of your abilities will take steps to gain whatever is necessary to fulfill your obligations.  Avoid negative thoughts that lead to depression.  Your many fine attributes will receive the notice you deserve in time.

Sun conjunct Pluto  (Strength:  4.68)

(The Delver)

You will leave no stone unturned to understand the source of energies that press you to continually transform your life into “something better.”  Facets of yourself that need revision will undergo radical changes as you eliminate anything impeding your progress.  Keep your eye “single” as to how you may improve in spite of others who try to force you to their ways.  Believe in yourself.  Little can deter you, once you find a practical way to express your power.

Moon trine Mars  (Strength:  3.87)

(The Spearhead)

Your high physical energy propels you to the head of the crowd.  Whatever you do will be aggressively active, and sometimes competitive, but not necessarily combative. Relationships with others are intense, as are your feelings.  You have the strength of your convictions at all times, but rather than force them on others, will convince them to see things your way because of your inherent enthusiasm.  You are a lover of life, and life, in turn, loves you back!

Moon trine Saturn  (Strength:  2.16)

(The Grounded)

You have a mature outlook and a knack of balancing needs and desires.  You permit yourself latitude to plan ahead and prepare yourself for success.  An image of what is worthwhile in relationships causes you to seriously examine potentials before involving yourself in commitment.  Your excellent discipline may appear as deprivation to others, but the durable results you achieve prove any personal sacrifice rewarding and suit your pragmatic lifestyle to a “T.”

Uranus square Pluto  (Strength:  1.74)

(The Run-away)

You are affected strongly by your environment, are opinionated, and if maladjusted, may liberate yourself from restrictions at an early age.  You find it difficult to adjust to changes that you do not originate.  The problem is that you may jump from a frying pan into a fire if you are not mature enough to have a real understanding of evolvement.  You identify with your peers.  Like the “flower children” of the `60’s, you can embrace anarchism rather than transformation.

Venus opposite Saturn  (Strength:  1.54)

(The Reluctant)

You are practical and if you have creative talent will use it for profit.  You have a need for balance in relationships, but continually test them as if you cannot trust them to survive.  Develop a tolerance for the feelings of others who can be hurt or put off by your seeming detachment.  Find ways to get past your retiring nature and indulge your needs to interact with others or you may be lonely with no one but yourself to blame for your isolation.

Moon sextile Mercury  (Strength:  1.33)

(The Chatterbox)

You fill your active life with people, are seldom at a loss for words, and are expert at making “small talk.”  You enjoy writing letters to your friends filled with amusing trivia and are intuitive about those at a distance as well as acquaintances in your immediate vicinity.  Your easy rapport with others encourages exchanging confidences and feelings and you are comfortable offering and receiving advice.  You consider “everyone” a friend and in turn are a friend to all.

Jupiter sextile Pluto  (Strength:  0.54)

(The Improver)

No matter how good something is, you will try to make it better, and often do.  Your creativity earns you respect and praise.  Others are happy to join in revamping circumstances, or the way world conditions affect your world.  You may lead a campaign or cause because you are dedicated to whatever you inject with your dynamic energy and determination to succeed.  Sharing power can be a learning experience in which you will expand opportunities by joining forces in a common effort.

Mercury conjunct Venus  (Strength:  0.37)

(The Considerate)

Your mind and emotions are in harmony, so you express your feelings openly and sincerely.  Since you are people and service-oriented and may have artistic talents, you may blend them in business, i.e. you might produce scientific products for cosmetics or invent new ways of combining colors in art. You are sentimental about loved ones.  Beware of granting your love to those who don’t appreciate your fine, sensitive qualities, which would destroy your joy in giving.

Balance of Elements and Modalities

Planets in Signs and Houses

Gemini Ascendant

(The Impulsive)

Youthful qualities are yours for life.  Your quick step and darting eyes are unmistakable, and you often have a quizzical look.  Your ability to do more than one thing at a time may seem fragmented, but it gives you “one-upmanship” in arguments or negotiations.  You may shift friendships or change goals on the spur-of-the-moment.  Others forgive your fickleness because your quick wit and charm are hard to resist.  You know how to use your talents to advantage.

Sun in the Second House

(The Aspirant)

Your focus is on your ability to earn and learn.  It is not that you value money above all else, but resources will always be important to you and represent your basic security. You may set standards early and be on the lookout for ways to improve your station.  Your idea of success is to set a goal, achieve it, and then set a new goal a little higher than the first.  Who can blame you if you take pride in showing what you have accomplished through your hard work?  Many a philanthropist has received satisfaction by donating his treasures for public display, that others may enjoy them.

Moon in the Twelfth House

(The Isolationist)

You may be plagued by psychological problems originating with a mother-figure. You are hard on yourself and assume an oppressive responsibility for self-analysis because it is difficult for others to draw you out.  Your friends will not understand your moods nor the fact that you need to call upon restorative powers provided only by seclusion.  Depend on spiritual trust and your strong intuition to reveal what is demanded of you and how best to make payment.

Mercury in the Third House

(The Student)

Little escapes your notice.  Your acute awareness, coupled with intuitive flashes, gives you an instant rapport with those you contact.  You have a lively imagination, and an interest in education and love of words fits you for a career in journalism or some type of public communication.  Try not to let restlessness or impatience dilute your ability to present all sides of a picture in honest reporting, which is the stuff from which history is documented.

Venus in the Third House

(The Salesman)

Identification with siblings can improve the security and structure you need to overcome an inherent restlessness.  It is essential to settle down and apply yourself.  Acquire skills which will enhance natural talents of communication.  “Sweet talking” may become a way of life.  With proper channeling it may lead to a successful and lucrative career in anything from teaching to television.  You can influence a world waiting with open ears for what you have to say.

Mars in the Fifth House

(The Playmate)

You are openly affectionate.  Like an engaging puppy, you wheedle to get your way.  If an old slipper is torn in the process, you know you’ll be forgiven.  You shine in physical-contact sports.  Your many friends admire you, but relationships suffer because you change partners often. Discipline is a hard, but necessary task-master, if you are to grow beyond the child that is no longer charming, but becomes a foolish adult, clinging to childish ways.

Jupiter in the Fourth House

(The Realtor)

You may become a successful broker because your own love of home and family represents the peace and security you crave.  Your home is your castle and reflects your passion for luxury.  You may treasure sentimental objects from childhood which represent familiar surroundings you have come to cherish.  Like Scarlett O’Hara, your strength is in the land.

Saturn in the Ninth House

(The Thinker)

You probably have the self-confidence usually born of long experience, no matter your age.  Your powers of concentration enable you to absorb the essentials of life in great chunks.  A career in law may satisfy your sense of justice.  However, inherent knowledge may preclude the experience to utilize it.  If your viewpoint seems narrow, look for ways to augment it.  Like the Bluebird, you may find them waiting in your own back yard.

Uranus in the Eleventh House

(The Fireball)

Everyone you meet is a potential friend.  You get along well with groups, but set your own standards and seldom give in to peer pressure, so it is up to others to march to your special beat.  You attract beggars as well as kings, and see the value in both.  Others may not share your unconventional views, so though you have a constant flow of people traveling through your life, you have few who are close to you.  Those YOU consider as friends, are “choice!”

Neptune in the Fourth House

(The Nonconformist)

Even though you may defy the edicts of your parents, you will always look to them for guidance.  Your mother, in particular, may instill high ideals upon which to mold your life.  Home means shelter to you.  You will decorate it to suit yourself, regardless of what is in vogue, or seems practical.  You make your environs uniquely yours.  However, you tend to be untidy, and may destroy what you have built by neglecting to care for your creations.

Pluto in the Second House

(The Materialist)

You may lend more importance to the acquisition of material goods than is due, and be obsessive about “who owns what” in property disputes.  Be objective in determining values, or you may find an outstanding business acumen stunted by your reluctance to include associates in the profits.  You may rebuild your foundations time and again before achieving success, but once you reach your zenith there is very little that can topple you from the place you have earned.

North Node in Aquarius

(The Arrogant)

You demand center stage, but are disappointed if there is little applause for your flamboyant performance.  As a member of the audience, you must cheer others for their efforts. With a dual perspective, you may realize that you are part of a larger design, devoid of ego or self-aggrandizement. Release your humanitarian instincts to enjoy the Big Show.

North Node in the Tenth House

(The Oppressed)

You may or may not resent heavy obligations forced on you by family demands at an early age.  Yet, as you grow, you will find you INVITE the problems of others, and each you solve helps you mature into a worthwhile human being.  No one is better equipped than you to handle whatever you must.  Savor your strength and think what you might have become without it.

Planets in Aspect

Moon square Neptune  (Strength:  6.34)

(The Self-deluder)

You may daydream and not understand mood swings that come upon you suddenly.  Others may think you “peculiar” if you express yourself as a psychic when you follow hunches that are generally undependable.  If you become absorbed with your “powers,” you may choose illusion over reality or become part of sects that use drugs in unhealthy rituals to increase awareness.  You must learn to develop concentration and the ability to distinguish fact from fiction.

Moon trine Mars  (Strength:  5.64)

(The Spearhead)

Your high physical energy propels you to the head of the crowd.  Whatever you do will be aggressively active, and sometimes competitive, but not necessarily combative. Relationships with others are intense, as are your feelings.  You have the strength of your convictions at all times, but rather than force them on others, will convince them to see things your way because of your inherent enthusiasm.  You are a lover of life, and life, in turn, loves you back!

Sun square Uranus  (Strength:  4.91)

(The Daredevil)

You are courageous, but may also be rebellious and reckless.  If expecting the unexpected appeals to you, your life should be as thrilling and exciting as you could wish. But, if you try to sail a smooth sea, you may invite upsets that continually disturb your plans.  Changes may damage your originality, if you plunge headlong into the unknown, but upon examination may provide you with the means to mold your life-direction until it accommodates your special cast.

Mercury opposite Saturn  (Strength:  4.85)

(The Despondent)

You are hard on yourself, and easily discouraged if you fail to live up to or are not rewarded by your high standards. Use your critical abilities constructively.  You have an unsurpassed eye for detail, accept responsibility and if you are not confident of your abilities will take steps to gain whatever is necessary to fulfill your obligations.  Avoid negative thoughts that lead to depression.  Your many fine attributes will receive the notice you deserve in time.

Sun conjunct Pluto  (Strength:  4.82)

(The Delver)

You will leave no stone unturned to understand the source of energies that press you to continually transform your life into “something better.”  Facets of yourself that need revision will undergo radical changes as you eliminate anything impeding your progress.  Keep your eye “single” as to how you may improve in spite of others who try to force you to their ways.  Believe in yourself.  Little can deter you, once you find a practical way to express your power.

Venus opposite Saturn  (Strength:  2.25)

(The Reluctant)

You are practical and if you have creative talent will use it for profit.  You have a need for balance in relationships, but continually test them as if you cannot trust them to survive.  Develop a tolerance for the feelings of others who can be hurt or put off by your seeming detachment.  Find ways to get past your retiring nature and indulge your needs to interact with others or you may be lonely with no one but yourself to blame for your isolation.

Uranus square Pluto  (Strength:  1.73)

(The Run-away)

You are affected strongly by your environment, are opinionated, and if maladjusted, may liberate yourself from restrictions at an early age.  You find it difficult to adjust to changes that you do not originate.  The problem is that you may jump from a frying pan into a fire if you are not mature enough to have a real understanding of evolvement.  You identify with your peers.  Like the “flower children” of the `60’s, you can embrace anarchism rather than transformation.

Mercury conjunct Venus  (Strength:  0.76)

(The Considerate)

Your mind and emotions are in harmony, so you express your feelings openly and sincerely.  Since you are people and service-oriented and may have artistic talents, you may blend them in business, i.e. you might produce scientific products for cosmetics or invent new ways of combining colors in art. You are sentimental about loved ones.  Beware of granting your love to those who don’t appreciate your fine, sensitive qualities, which would destroy your joy in giving.

Jupiter sextile Pluto  (Strength:  0.52)

(The Improver)

No matter how good something is, you will try to make it better, and often do.  Your creativity earns you respect and praise.  Others are happy to join in revamping circumstances, or the way world conditions affect your world.  You may lead a campaign or cause because you are dedicated to whatever you inject with your dynamic energy and determination to succeed.  Sharing power can be a learning experience in which you will expand opportunities by joining forces in a common effort.

Moon trine Saturn  (Strength:  0.30)

(The Grounded)

You have a mature outlook and a knack of balancing needs and desires.  You permit yourself latitude to plan ahead and prepare yourself for success.  An image of what is worthwhile in relationships causes you to seriously examine potentials before involving yourself in commitment.  Your excellent discipline may appear as deprivation to others, but the durable results you achieve prove any personal sacrifice rewarding and suit your pragmatic lifestyle to a “T.”

Balance of Elements and Modalities

Lack of Angular

A lack of planets in the angular houses indicates little desire or drive for recognition.  You adapt to the world instead of trying to change it or make your mark upon it.  You concentrate on enjoying life and find ways to help others that do not call attention to yourself.

A lack of planets in the Angular houses can be offset by abundant planets in the Cardinal signs.

Scorpio Ascendant

(The Master)

Your unwavering, sometimes piercing gaze states that you are secure in the knowledge of who you are.  You like to have your own way, and if you don’t get it, will devise a dozen different strategies to have it, anyway!  Your strengths are divided, and present two definite sides of the same coin:  You are a loyal friend and a bitter enemy; have high morals or little conscience; and employ your finest or most scurrilous qualities with equal vigor.  The choice is always yours.

Sun in the Ninth House

(The Professor)

Your thirst for learning extends beyond the classroom.  You acquire much of your knowledge from people of different cultures or in foreign lands.  You probably have a flair for languages, making you valuable as a translator.  It is possible you will earn more than one academic degree, and function as a teacher.  One of your most admirable qualities is that, by touching the lives of others, you will come to understand that all men are brothers, separated only by self-imposed restrictions.  Share your wisdom to overcome prejudice and the bigotry which impedes the spiritual growth of all.

Moon in the Eighth House

(The Manipulator)

You are aware from birth of unusual mind-powers which you may use to your own advantage.  Or, since public approval is important to you, you may use them to develop your gifts to benefit others.  If you have an aptitude for E.S.P., it needs careful supervision so that you can control emotional traumas and even episodes of “far memory”, which you cannot explain. In this life, it would appear you have chosen to experience a “sea change into something rich and strange!”

Mercury in the Tenth House

(The Reporter)

You are almost certain to try for a career in journalism or another form of communication.  Seldom at a loss for words, you can present yourself or others in a flattering light.  You may represent a celebrity or politician, or even become a public figure, yourself. Your restlessness and a need for constant change may be seen as “job-hopping,” so a career permitting you independence and the flexibility you need will allow you to give your best to all concerned.

Venus in the Tenth House

(The Ambassador)

Your talents fit you for a life in the public eye.  You do well in front of an audience of one or one-thousand, because you’re always aware that you are really selling “yourself,” even if it’s to the advantage of a client or a friend.  You’re the perfect person to guide a career to the top and then advance it to something even better.  You’re not an optimist — just someone who appreciates self-worth and is determined to make the most of it.

Mars in the Eleventh House

(The Campaigner)

You will use your ability to work with people to achieve your personal goals.  You may have only a few close friends, because you are too busy enlarging your circle to establish many permanent relationships.  You weren’t born to be a team-player, but will find that support is necessary to further your ambitions.  Cooperation and coordination should be your key words for success and play a major part in your life-pattern of expansion.

Neptune in the Tenth House

(The Bewildered)

As if establishing goals for career and initiating a life course were not difficult enough, before you complete your education, you may despair of fitting into ANY role you have chosen.  Rather than change WHAT you are doing, try to discover if you are realistic about your potential and the manner in which you apply yourself.  If you need the advice of a counselor, choose one who does not deal with abstractions, but can suggest a practical means of achieving success.

Pluto in the Ninth House

(Don Quixote)

Much of your life will be spent in searching for your higher self.  You may be obsessed with a quest for knowledge, that often seems elusive and abstract.  Since nothing superficial will satisfy you, you may delve deeply into philosophy.  If you find some answers, you may try to convince others of their truth.  Avoid becoming fanatical about your discoveries and you may, indeed, find true enlightenment or become active in transforming a decadent society.

Leo Midheaven

You are willing to put energy, dedication, high ideals, and sustained effort into a career.  The causes that you adopt will benefit from your understanding of promotion and publicity.  Often found in positions of authority, you like to deal with big causes and big people.  The image that you present in your career must be an image of which you are proud, which can make you either a charismatic leader to be admired or an authoritative tyrant to be resented.

Develop the confidence to allow your creative energies to flow.  You can be the leader with the exciting ideas on which others depend.  You are rarely found in a career situation in which someone else is dictating the hours.  You can bring much joy to others by giving generously of yourself.  But this will not be in an unassuming way, for you do like to stand out from the crowd.  If you have a weakness, it is to cling to your beliefs or an inflated self-image even in the face of obvious failure.  A wise gambler knows when to hold his hand of cards and when to fold them.

Occupations consistent with your dramatic style of work include actor, producer, executive, sports personality, politician, entertainer, fiction writer, leader, entrepreneur, minister, promoter, artist, or diplomat.  For the most personal career guide, also consider the nature of any planets which fall in the 10th house or conjoin the Midheaven, the sign and house placements of the sun, ruler of the Midheaven, and any aspects which other planets make to the Midheaven.

North Node in the Fourth House

(The Spoiled Brat)

You have been set for a messianic role, perhaps by parent-figures in your life who have overindulged you by doing what you should have done, rather than to let you grow by the doing.  When you see you are NOT too good to step from your pedestal, you can be your own person, form your own standards and contribute what you have to offer by joining your peers.

Planets in Aspect

Mercury opposite Saturn  (Strength:  6.65)

(The Despondent)

You are hard on yourself, and easily discouraged if you fail to live up to or are not rewarded by your high standards. Use your critical abilities constructively.  You have an unsurpassed eye for detail, accept responsibility and if you are not confident of your abilities will take steps to gain whatever is necessary to fulfill your obligations.  Avoid negative thoughts that lead to depression.  Your many fine attributes will receive the notice you deserve in time.

Moon trine Saturn  (Strength:  6.59)

(The Grounded)

You have a mature outlook and a knack of balancing needs and desires.  You permit yourself latitude to plan ahead and prepare yourself for success.  An image of what is worthwhile in relationships causes you to seriously examine potentials before involving yourself in commitment.  Your excellent discipline may appear as deprivation to others, but the durable results you achieve prove any personal sacrifice rewarding and suit your pragmatic lifestyle to a “T.”

Moon sextile Mercury  (Strength:  6.36)

(The Chatterbox)

You fill your active life with people, are seldom at a loss for words, and are expert at making “small talk.”  You enjoy writing letters to your friends filled with amusing trivia and are intuitive about those at a distance as well as acquaintances in your immediate vicinity.  Your easy rapport with others encourages exchanging confidences and feelings and you are comfortable offering and receiving advice.  You consider “everyone” a friend and in turn are a friend to all.

Sun square Uranus  (Strength:  5.68)

(The Daredevil)

You are courageous, but may also be rebellious and reckless.  If expecting the unexpected appeals to you, your life should be as thrilling and exciting as you could wish. But, if you try to sail a smooth sea, you may invite upsets that continually disturb your plans.  Changes may damage your originality, if you plunge headlong into the unknown, but upon examination may provide you with the means to mold your life-direction until it accommodates your special cast.

Sun conjunct Pluto  (Strength:  4.39)

(The Delver)

You will leave no stone unturned to understand the source of energies that press you to continually transform your life into “something better.”  Facets of yourself that need revision will undergo radical changes as you eliminate anything impeding your progress.  Keep your eye “single” as to how you may improve in spite of others who try to force you to their ways.  Believe in yourself.  Little can deter you, once you find a practical way to express your power.

Mercury conjunct Midheaven  (Strength:  2.81)

(The Introspective)

You are intent on improving your future, so continually re-evaluate your plans.  You are flexible, so will not miss many opportunities or become complaisant.  Your powers of communication make you an effective speaker.  You usually prepare what you will say, though you can “think on your feet” and have an ample store of information at your command.  If you are reasonable in your expectations, you should achieve the success that is ever-important to you.

Moon square Neptune  (Strength:  2.16)

(The Self-deluder)

You may daydream and not understand mood swings that come upon you suddenly.  Others may think you “peculiar” if you express yourself as a psychic when you follow hunches that are generally undependable.  If you become absorbed with your “powers,” you may choose illusion over reality or become part of sects that use drugs in unhealthy rituals to increase awareness.  You must learn to develop concentration and the ability to distinguish fact from fiction.

Uranus square Pluto  (Strength:  1.87)

(The Run-away)

You are affected strongly by your environment, are opinionated, and if maladjusted, may liberate yourself from restrictions at an early age.  You find it difficult to adjust to changes that you do not originate.  The problem is that you may jump from a frying pan into a fire if you are not mature enough to have a real understanding of evolvement.  You identify with your peers.  Like the “flower children” of the `60’s, you can embrace anarchism rather than transformation.

Venus opposite Saturn  (Strength:  1.31)

(The Reluctant)

You are practical and if you have creative talent will use it for profit.  You have a need for balance in relationships, but continually test them as if you cannot trust them to survive.  Develop a tolerance for the feelings of others who can be hurt or put off by your seeming detachment.  Find ways to get past your retiring nature and indulge your needs to interact with others or you may be lonely with no one but yourself to blame for your isolation.

Jupiter sextile Pluto  (Strength:  0.58)

(The Improver)

No matter how good something is, you will try to make it better, and often do.  Your creativity earns you respect and praise.  Others are happy to join in revamping circumstances, or the way world conditions affect your world.  You may lead a campaign or cause because you are dedicated to whatever you inject with your dynamic energy and determination to succeed.  Sharing power can be a learning experience in which you will expand opportunities by joining forces in a common effort.

Moon square Jupiter  (Strength:  0.54)

(The Self-indulgent)

You are interested in self-improvement, but may surfeit yourself with knowledge you may never use, and courses not appropriate to your lifestyle.  You are generous to a fault, but may exact payment by boasting to friends how you have traveled, studied and “lived.”  Self-improvement need not mean arrogance that can turn others from you.  Modesty will permit your exuberance for expansion to become a source of delight and interest rather than a reason for evasion and derision.

Moon trine Mars  (Strength:  0.39)

(The Spearhead)

Your high physical energy propels you to the head of the crowd.  Whatever you do will be aggressively active, and sometimes competitive, but not necessarily combative. Relationships with others are intense, as are your feelings.  You have the strength of your convictions at all times, but rather than force them on others, will convince them to see things your way because of your inherent enthusiasm.  You are a lover of life, and l

ife, in turn, loves you back!

Balanced House Modalities

In your chart, the planets are distributed in a balanced manner between the angular, succedent, and cadent houses.  If there is any imbalance in the placements of the planets in the zodiac sign modalities, this will help to offset that imbalance.  You are able to strike a healthy balance between facing challenges, enjoying life, and listening to others.

Sagittarius Ascendant

(The Forthright)

Your most outstanding quality is your cheerfulness,  even in the face of adversity.  Your friendly grin is always ready, open, and happily infectious.  You think and speak rapidly. It’s hard to stay angry with you, since your charm outweighs your lack of diplomacy, but the bluntness of your words can be detrimental to your success.  Try to practice patience, tact and discretion, as in the axiom:  “If you can’t say anything worthwhile or pleasant, don’t say it at all!”

Sun in the Seventh House

(The Partner)

Partnerships will always take precedence in your life because of the power you give them.  You feel the need of another person to keep you in balance.  It is vital that you learn how to compromise your views to agree with those of other people.  Though you may be the primary agent in a relationship, at some time you may have to take a subordinate position.  If you are not prepared to do this, your pairing will suffer and may turn into an open conflict.  Partnership requires team effort.  Do your best to find solutions to problems that will benefit you both.

Moon in Aries

(The Enthusiast)

You are self-motivated and do not like to be told what to do, which can cause problems with parents and other authority figures.  Unruly when pushed, your temper tantrums are over as quickly as they begin.  Because you are impulsive, you take chances, which surprisingly pay off.  You may be “accident-prone” because of your lack of patience.  You are in a hurry to succeed and ignore warnings of danger.  You can be a “bully,” but are more apt to recruit others to join in your race, since you enjoy competition and leadership is second-nature to you.  It’s simply no fun to “go it alone!”

Moon in the Fourth House

(The Fledgling)

Early influences in the home, particularly that of the mother, will remain with you.  Negative input will cause you to harbor resentment against authority figures.   You have the ability to turn it into something positive as you grow in spirit.  If your childhood examples are positive, you will use them to guide yourself and others throughout your life.  This is the most impressionable placement in a natal chart for the moon and the lessons learned will never be forgotten.

Mercury in the Eighth House

(The Mentalist)

You will discover early-on that (in your case) “mind over matter” is more than a saying.  You have great influence over others, and will find that you, in turn, are greatly impressed by the variety of people who will cross your path.  Your interests, provoked by a desire for self-discovery, may range from the occult to psychiatry.  Use what you find to improve yourself as a useful human being, willing to share your store of knowledge with your fellow man.

Venus in the Fifth House

(The Butterfly)

You possess fairy-gifts:  Beauty, popularity — even riches and fame, but they are as fickle as you, yourself, are capable of being.  Don’t take your charmed existence for granted. Make the most of your talents by applying them productively.  The lessons of your life may not be laughed off as easily as the jealousy you inevitably attract.  If you try, you will find yourself in the rags of disappointment, unknown to you when you were the Belle of the Ball!

Mars in Cancer

(The Pressure Cooker)

You will harbor resentments from childhood, and many of them stem from a rebellion against a mother-figure.  You may try to run away from imposed values with which you may not agree, but find you still have a need for the security of a home and family.  Discover early that you must earn the right to be your “own” person.  A certain amount of parental help is necessary as a fledgling discovers its wings.  Professional counseling may be advisable before you “blow your top!”

Mars in the Seventh House

(The Boss)

You will always walk a fine line between being the strongest of partners, or an arrogant bully. You carry a chip on your shoulder and make few efforts to hide it, preferring open conflict to hidden resentments. You attract those who stimulate your lightning mind and back your decisions. Together you may accomplish more than you can alone, but will be productive only if you find a personal solution to an irresistible force meeting an immovable object.

Jupiter in Aquarius

(The Cosmopolitan)

You are truly liberal in your humanitarian views.  What some call “idealistic,” you practice as a way of life.  You sympathize with minority needs and work with the majority to improve mankind.  Visionary gifts allow you a glimpse of the future. If you succeed in your efforts to enrich the world, it will be a far better place in which to live.

Saturn in Scorpio

(The Forceful)

The powerful image you create tempts you to thrust your ideas or will upon others, not always to their benefit — or YOURS — but just for a show of strength.  Your determination can make enemies and undermine your fine executive abilities.  Try to develop the compassion and flexibility inherent in all successful leaders.  Otherwise, your effectiveness will be limited.  You will be a champion without honor and must look to yourself for any rewards you receive.

Saturn in the Eleventh House

(The Fund-raiser)

You are essentially a loner and don’t adapt easily to performing as part of a unit unless you are in the driver’s seat.  You are likely to hold a responsible office in any group you join and will perform your duties flawlessly, particularly those of treasurer or of handling details to boost organizational funds.  Once your peers are convinced of your merits, you should have no trouble taking your place as a valued member of any society.

Uranus in Sagittarius

(The Diviner)

You are amazingly accurate in forecasting events or circumstances that come about.  You have a good grasp of logic, so are unlikely to exceed your gifts, but use them to research areas that may contribute to the future of mankind. You are unconventional in your beliefs, fearless in your concepts, and may adopt philosophy rather than religion as a guideline.  You should introduce prudence into your restless nature to create wisdom you may share with others.

Uranus in the Twelfth House

(The Subversive)

You may work a lifetime to escape the harassment of those who don’t understand you.  You tend to be reclusive under pressure, but this is not the answer to your problems.  The secrets of your subconscious mind are waiting to be discovered. Your dreams may hold clues as to why negative ideas surface unbidden during your waking moments.  Fortunately, you will attract the proper teachers to help you understand yourself when their advice is most needed.

Neptune in the First House

(The Dreamer)

Your wonderful imagination can take you far in a career or work against you, personally.  Idealistic by nature, you are easily led into situations that have little or no value, or you may guide others erroneously. You are self-effacing and often self-sacrificing since it is hard to turn away those who ask your help.  Unusual childhood experiences should convince you to take a second look at life before plunging headlong into spaces that even angels may avoid.

Pluto in Scorpio

(The Regenerator)

You are a believer in second chances, but a tendency to hold fast to everything past the time of practicality weakens your effectiveness to accept new opportunity.  You are always stronger because of the wisdom gained in past experiences.  On a world-scale, you can offer the proof of your convictions that there is much that may be salvaged for renewal, rather than a stubborn determination to do things your way at the expense of the greater good.

Pluto in the Tenth House

(The Super-Achiever)

Never mind if your foresight is not as good as your hindsight!   You learn through experience and must explore a whole spectrum before making solid decisions that will stick. All knowledge you acquire can be utilized.  Try to dodge the power plays you seem to invite and resist achieving success at a price to others.  Yours is always a “never say die” attitude.  Once you find your true calling, nothing much can keep you from the success you deserve.

Libra Midheaven

You will do best in a career which makes use of your social skills and which allows you to appeal to popular tastes.  You have an in-born sense of beauty and proportion which could lead to a career in the arts.  Friendliness and social poise are important to you, so that you would make a good diplomat or agent.  A partner may play an important role in your career.

Not impulsive, you strive towards a fair assessment of every situation.  You can help others to see the many different choices available, in such fields as communications, publishing, advertising, teaching, politics, or therapy.  With your love of variety and social interaction, you have a wide picture, but not a deep picture.  If you are not successful in your career, it will be because you use your charm to avoid work, or are too indecisive, superficial, or pleasure-loving.  Have confidence in your own judgment and do not become overly dependent on other people.

Occupations consistent with your aesthetic style of work include public relations, architect, artist, musician, diplomat, designer, theatrical agent, builder, planner, strategist, arbitrator, or social commentator.  For the most personal career guide, also consider the nature of any planets which fall in the 10th house or conjoin the Midheaven, the sign and house placements of Venus, ruler of the Midheaven, and any aspects which other planets make to the Midheaven.

North Node in Taurus

(The Conscientious)

You are aware of the values of society and surround yourself with obvious signs of wealth and propriety.  Still, you fret that you fail to impress others with your exemplary image.  Such pretense is unnecessary.  You are not judged by what you have, but who you are.  Like the prodigal son, yours are the riches of the universe and are free for the asking.

Mercury opposite Jupiter  (Strength:  5.98)

(The Grandiose)

You attract opportunities which exploit your enthusiasm and positive attitude, and accept learning challenges without doubting your ability to achieve.  Others may call you “cocky” or complaisant if you brag about your success.  You may have a yen to travel to expand your understanding of the universe by exploring the beliefs of others.  If you balance what you desire with realistic thinking, you should have no trouble in setting and reaching your goals with energy to spare.

Mercury trine Uranus  (Strength:  5.73)

(The Ingenious)

You enjoy all forms of mental challenge and activity, particularly if it means interaction with others you find exciting or who can contribute new and different ideas.  You may show a gift for languages which will prove useful in visiting foreign lands, since you are an inveterate and intrepid traveler with a large curiosity bump to satisfy.  You find unusual ways to extricate yourself from obstacles or, better still, turn them into stepping stones.

Mars trine Saturn  (Strength:  5.15)

(The Pharaoh)

You are conscientious to a fault and put your energies into structures that will last.  No task seems too difficult.  You may set about early to build your monument, when your confidence is in the abilities of others rather than yourself. Take things slowly and without being overbearing or too forceful in your opinions or demands.  You may be pleased with quality rather than the size of your accomplishments and appreciative of experiences gathered in achieving your goals.

Sun conjunct Mars  (Strength:  4.83)

(The Egocentric)

You have unusual good health and a surplus of energy that resists regimenting or sublimating.  You must find personal and positive expression to accomplish your aims without becoming egoistic and argumentative.  Learn to curb your disposition to override others in a cavalier manner.  You may accomplish more on your own than you do in partnership, but are a leader, not a “loner.”  Those who believe in you can make a difference between chaos and the completion of your useful endeavors.

Moon trine Neptune  (Strength:  4.62)

(The Muse)

Your strange and wonderful dreams may be precognitive, since you are intuitive and can use this way of venting your feelings.  They can also be useful in creative work, where fantasy is as important as practicality.  You express spiritually, though you may not adopt an orthodox religion. You shun coarseness and identify with gentleness.  Your relationships are idealistic, but you must watch a tendency to overdramatize them, as did Romeo and Juliet.

Moon opposite Pluto  (Strength:  4.28)

(The Game Player)

A belief you can handle anything prompts you to do things “your” way before you are ready to balance emotional traumas.  Your strong will tempts you to play “head trips” with others, which they see as threatening and makes relationships trying. You attract strange or unusual companions because of an inner rebellion unacceptable to society.  You may ask advice, but seldom take it.  You should carefully consider the image you present if you are to find the stability you long for.

Neptune sextile Pluto  (Strength:  4.20)

(The Self-aware)

It is important that you have the support of your family and friends.  You are extremely sensitive and subject yourself to self-criticism that can be destructive and depressing.  It may be that you need professional help to build your self-esteem.  Later, you may transfer your intense feelings into knowledge you share with others.  You may pursue a career in psychiatry or psychology, but will continue to investigate your own psyche for answers as to what “makes you tick.”

Sun trine Saturn  (Strength:  3.98)

Jupiter sextile Uranus  (Strength:  3.70)

(The Timely)

You are usually on the scene when opportunities are presented and prepared to take advantage.  It is almost as though you expect the unexpected, rather than receiving the “lucky breaks” that others envy.  You complement being “on your toes” with willingness to learn something new and “different” when the occasion arises.  Your intuition may cue you to act on possibilities which allow you to grow and expand at your own pace with the confidence to succeed.

Neptune conjunct Ascendant  (Strength:  0.80)

(The Wistful)

You are imaginative, spiritual, intuitive and romantic. With early guidance, you can develop the practicality to make your wishes come true.  You are intelligent and ambitious, but must acknowledge the difference between reason and fantasy to balance your scales.  Your special gifts help others to enjoy dreams they dare not dream, appreciate your compassion and admire your idealistic nature.  You can soften the harsh light of reality, rather than retire into the shadows of illusion.

Sun inconjunct Jupiter  (Strength:  0.35)

(The Unaware)

Your enthusiastic plans may be thwarted because of a lack of preparation or experience.  You may overextend yourself in your hurry to expand your horizons.  Self-indulgence can bring an end to your dreams.  Over-compensation for disappointments, in the form of excesses, can result in problems with weight or addictions which require more than willpower to overcome.  Try to invite projects that demand your best in constructive action for the lasting rewards you seek.

Sun inconjunct Uranus  (Strength:  0.05)

(The Straw-grasper)

Unexpected challenges may seem to impede your progress, but the truth is you may be too erratic in your plans or ideas to be taken seriously by your fellows.  You can act on impulse or ignore the consequences of your behavior.  You may feel that “no one understands you” and attract partners who are as unstable as you.  Though you dislike restriction, early discipline may help to align your inventive qualities into patterns that c

an prove to be practical as you mature.

Lack of Air

Expressing yourself does not come easily to you.  You distrust people who are fast, smooth talkers.  It may be easier for you to express yourself nonverbally or in writing than it is through speaking.  If you also lack planets in the houses of Relationships, you will find the normal avenues of communication and social learning blocked.  Your thinking will be personal instead of detached or rational.  With the mind’s normal communication channels blocked, you learn primarily from experience.  Lacking in the ability to view yourself objectively, you gain self-understanding primarily through feedback from others.

Try to see life less personally, in a more objective way.  Take classes and never stop educating yourself.

A lack of planets in Air signs can be offset by an Air sign ascendant or by abundant planets in the houses of Relationships.

Lack of Substance

You are not the most grounded or practical person.  The rules of this material world are not well known to you.  Others may admire your dreams, but they could be impossible dreams.  You may find it difficult to choose, plan, and work towards a career or vocation.

A lack of planets in the houses of Substance can be offset by abundant planets in Earth signs.

Abundant Angular

An abundance of planets in the angular houses helps to give you drive and initiative.  It makes you active in the external world.  Expressing your individuality is important to you.  You are probably a leader who enjoys challenges and can get things moving.

Lack of Cadent

A lack of planets in the cadent houses tends to reduce the time that you have to yourself.  You may feel that you are always in the limelight or somehow involved with others.  This leaves you little time for solitary reflection.  The life of a spiritual recluse is not for you.  You don’t change quickly, but must gradually grow into changes.

A lack of planets in the Cadent houses can be offset by abundant planets in the Mutable signs.

Leo Ascendant

(The Showman)

Your “mane” is your crowning glory and you delight in calling attention to it by tossing your head, or twisting or curling your hair.  You are conscious of your looks and enjoy displaying yourself to advantage.  Some consider you garish, but there are others who admire your colorful personality.  If you are shy, you still have the power to draw those to you who are somehow aware of the strength, warmth and pleasantly-entertaining personality behind your obscure exterior.

Sun in the Twelfth House

(The Recluse)

Some view this placement as the result of a misuse of power in past lives, because you are unduly hard on yourself.  Your over-active mind is impressionable.   You may become a square peg in a round hole if you wear the mask of others as your own.  You require periods of seclusion for rest and self-examination, because you question why “no-one” understands you.  If you seek counseling, you may become a counselor to help others avoid the pain of your experiences.  You, too, are deserving.  Acknowledge that if you are your own worst enemy, you can be your own best friend.

Moon in Capricorn

(The Notorious)

You are usually cautious and realistically-discerning, but your ambition could place you in an unfavorable light if you are not entirely above-board in your dealings.  The same self-assurance and executive ability that can bring you the prominence you desire can also attract the envy of others who would destroy your chances of fame.  You appear to be austere, emotionless and calculating, and should develop lighter moods that allow your priceless sense of humor to emerge and make you seem more in sync with your peers.  To be a leader of people, you must first let them see that you are one of them.

Mercury in Cancer

(The Parent)

Your remarkable intuition lets you see the vulnerability of your fellow man, but it may be somewhat narrow in concept. You often depend more upon feelings than rationale to treat issues in an appropriate manner.  You may tend to relive childhood experiences, which can make you moody and sometimes reclusive, if the recall is painful.  Rather than retreat, learn from experience and consider the consequences of present actions as they may affect your future.

Mercury in the Eleventh House

(The Mingler)

You are at your best when your hopes and wishes mesh with those of others.  Your friends are like you, so you are convivially compatible.  Together, you solve dilemmas, further ideas, organize and socialize — but you may see things too much alike to expand in another direction.  You exemplify a fraternity; your parties are delightful, but with only the same guests invited, may in time become static and leave you longing for the variety missing from your fun.

Venus in Cancer

(The Protector)

You must be careful of “smothering” instead of “mothering” loved ones or, with the best of intentions, you may alienate them from you.  You attract those who need your help, but your own sense of security needs bolstering.   Emotional demands may draw you into studies of mysticism.  You can depend on your parents, and may be involved in a family business.  Your love of kin is paramount and will give you strength to do whatever is necessary to keep them together.

Venus in the Eleventh House

(The Organizer)

You are at your best working with groups of people and enjoy seeing that things go smoothly in meetings or social functions.  As a committee head, you see both sides of every question so can arbitrate disagreements and keep peace in the ranks.  As a fund-raiser, you are without equal.  However, you may spend as much or more than you take in because of your determination that when you are in charge, everything will be the best and everyone will have a good time.

Mars in Virgo

(The Indispensable)

You perform “to the letter” and often to an “nth” degree that is unnecessary.  You seem to have unlimited physical resources, take orders well and respect regimen, but may have difficulty in relating to co-workers.  In arguments, you express quickly, accurately, and, too often, sarcastically. You are a valuable helpmate in personal relationships, though a need to avoid expressing yourself in a superior manner should be recognized and modified to an acceptable level.

Jupiter in Aries

(The Pioneer)

You see the potential in everything and everybody, but success is not the same for everyone.  While nothing seems impossible to you, others are not blessed with your optimism that “where there’s a will, there’s a way.”  Undaunted by failure, you will not settle for less than the best and will try to reach a star, long after you’ve gained a mountain-top.

Saturn in the Seventh House

(The Odd Couple)

You will often find partners disagreeing with what you personally desire, or the means by which you achieve your ends.  Your values may be different, due to an age-gap.  You are likely to be too stubborn to give up your beliefs, methods, or a relationship, itself.  Agree to disagree or to accept the fact that you both have much to learn from association.   You can profit by enlarging your understanding to include an opposite point of view.

Uranus in Virgo

(The Quirky)

You have talent for discovering unusual types of diet and herbal remedies, but must present an authoritative platform before encouraging others to try them.  Otherwise, you may be taken as a “quack” instead of a mechanist who qualifies as a valuable teacher.  A government position may introduce you to other countries and the fundamentals in ancient science as your foundation.  Employ a critical eye as a useful tool when discerning suitable applications in the healing arts.

Uranus in the Second House

(The Opportunist)

You are quick to react to sudden windfalls or calamities.  Challenges cause you to re-examine your priorities.   You are aware that “destiny” plays a hand in your affairs as the result of the course you have set, and that personal evolvement demands change.  You are not afraid to adopt an unconventional means of self-discovery or explore the unknown. You may choose a career in science or investigate astrology as a hobby–then make it your profession!

Neptune in Scorpio

(The Initiator)

You take great delight in other people’s secrets and may use them to advantage. If you have information that needs disclosure for the benefit of others, you may expose it in a subtle, but effective way.  You may also use your knowledge to promote a principle or public figures while working behind the scenes.  A leaning towards self-indulgence needs careful monitoring so that your strength is not used in abusive ways, but as a benefactor who prefers to remain anonymous.

Aries Midheaven

You will achieve your greatest success in life through competition, self-assertion, and your ability to start new activities.  Not one to sit on the sidelines, your career shows your need for pioneering activities, combat, challenge, and accomplishment.  You are a strong individual who can carry more than your share of the load.  You are self-directed and prefer to work independently.

You can throw fresh light on your chosen career field because you are so honest and direct.  Less adventuresome souls benefit from and continue the projects that you start.  One drawback of this placement is that (unless Virgo is rising) you find it difficult to perform routine tasks for long, especially if doing so does not bring the affection or praise that you desire.  If you are not mature, you may surprise others by resorting to brute force to get your own way.  Action for its own sake will exhaust you and lead nowhere.  When you are indecisive, actively search out the truth.

Occupations consistent with your active, leading style of work include director, instructor, superintendent, manager, inventor, pioneering writer, entrepreneur, athlete, dancer, actor, laborer, driver, policeman, security guard, or the military.  For the most personal career guide, also consider the nature of any planets which fall in the 10th house or conjoin the Midheaven, the sign and house placements of Mars, ruler of the Midheaven, and any aspects which other planets make to the Midheaven.

North Node in Cancer

(The Regressor)

Your biggest stumbling block is your pride.  If you don’t receive the respect you feel you deserve, you will distance the love you desire.  Learn to give without expectation of rewards and remember the selfless nurturing received in childhood.  Offer that same care to others who need it now, if you would receive full value for emotional investments.

Sun trine Neptune  (Strength:  5.28)

(The Harmonious)

Your innate idealism is spiritually inspired.  You believe in the “good, the true and the beautiful.”  Your relationships symbolize a wish for accord with all humanity. Do not waste your gift of a lively imagination in idle daydreams.  Coupled with an acute business acumen, it may take you far in the material world.  But, at some time you will discover a need for metaphysical growth and find a channel for expression that may be unusual but of benefit to others.

Sun square Jupiter  (Strength:  3.94)

(The Pompous)

Your eye is very much on the “donut” and not on the “hole.”  You are a citizen of the world and an eager learner, so benefit by extensive travel.  Others are excited by your dynamic presence and what you have to say, unless you spoil your image by exaggerating reality or monopolize center stage to hear your own voice.  Then, those great gulps of life you devour can distend your ego as well as your waistline and result in chronic social indigestion.

Moon trine Mars  (Strength:  3.32)

(The Spearhead)

Your high physical energy propels you to the head of the crowd.  Whatever you do will be aggressively active, and sometimes competitive, but not necessarily combative. Relationships with others are intense, as are your feelings.  You have the strength of your convictions at all times, but rather than force them on others, will convince them to see things your way because of your inherent enthusiasm.  You are a lover of life, and life, in turn, loves you back!

Moon square Jupiter  (Strength:  2.62)

(The Self-indulgent)

You are interested in self-improvement, but may surfeit yourself with knowledge you may never use, and courses not appropriate to your lifestyle.  You are generous to a fault, but may exact payment by boasting to friends how you have traveled, studied and “lived.”  Self-improvement need not mean arrogance that can turn others from you.  Modesty will permit your exuberance for expansion to become a source of delight and interest rather than a reason for evasion and derision.

Mars inconjunct Jupiter  (Strength:  2.30)

(The Antagonist)

Your enthusiasm is unquestioned.  Though you believe in what you’re doing, you want it all “yesterday,” and your attention span is short.  Because you respond quickly, you expect others to do so, so may push too hard.  You are bound to challenge those who argue a point or do not agree at once.  An enormous ego will not let you back down easily.  You may wish the best for all, but will end up with foes instead of friends if you choose not to modify your demands.

Venus sextile Uranus  (Strength:  1.47)

(The Multi-faceted)

You are constantly developing new sides to your personality, which makes it easy to fit into any group.  You are productively creative and may show an unusual interest in astrology, but lack the discipline necessary to study the basic knowledge necessary to use it as a skill.  Relationships may be difficult because of your desire for freedom as an individual.  Each new partner offers the variety you crave and revolutionizes your life by enhancing your understanding.

Sun sextile Mars  (Strength:  1.24)

(The Expeditor)

Use your energies to accomplish your tasks in the most judicious manner.  You are not likely to go unnoticed.  Your object will be the successful completion of anything you undertake rather than satisfaction of your ego, so you work well with others and make use of their input.  Your self-confidence inspires respect of your judgment.  Should you find resistance, you will overcome it with logic and prudence rather than aggressiveness and domination.

Neptune sextile Pluto  (Strength:  1.11)

(The Self-aware)

It is important that you have the support of your family and friends.  You are extremely sensitive and subject yourself to self-criticism that can be destructive and depressing.  It may be that you need professional help to build your self-esteem.  Later, you may transfer your intense feelings into knowledge you share with others.  You may pursue a career in psychiatry or psychology, but will continue to investigate your own psyche for answers as to what “makes you tick.”

Mercury sextile Pluto  (Strength:  1.02)

(The Researcher)

Your favorite question may be “Why?” and you will not be content with superficial answers.  You have the drive and persistence to penetrate the heart of any matter that piques your curiosity.  Once you are sure of your facts, you seldom change your mind.  The same is true of your opinion of others. You may investigate a relationship before getting involved, and will either become a friend for life or turn your back on an association you are sure will go nowhere.

Sun conjunct North Node  (Strength:  0.94)

(The Impelled)

You feel your life has definite purpose.  If you do not know what is expected, you should look for signs to guide you.  You must overcome negative traits that are very personal, if you are to succeed.  Important relationships may hold keys when you question your resolve, but partners cannot do your work for you.  Sometimes you must accept criticism, whether or not you feel it is deserved, but the rewards of completion make your sacrifices and your life well-worthwhile.

Sun sextile Pluto  (Strength:  0.39)

(The Booster)

You have a great deal of creative energy which you may use to advance your ambitions or to promote improvements through others for a common good.  You can impress authority figures with your individuality, or may head an organization where you can exercise your abilities to increase potentials beyond established limits.  Yours is a life of never-ending expansion and elevated aims that are the result of your willingness to accept changes for the better.

Mercury trine Neptune  (Strength:  0.12)

(The Sentimental)

You are a romantic who enjoys fantasizing dreams.  You will not be easily discouraged if you exercise a talent for writing.  There are those who will appreciate your efforts. You can be a daydreamer, but are also in touch with reality.  Though you may dislike discipline, you are capable of using it to achieve your aims.  Because of your affinity with humanity, you may sacrifice to help others, validating the spiritual insight inherent i

n your sympathetic nature.

Abundant Earth

You are in touch with the real world.  More than others, you know where the rubber meets the road; persistent study has shown you how to make things happen in a practical sort of way.  Your nature is well-suited to the adult world of responsibilities, which you master at a young age.  Not impulsive with your resources, you would only start a business after careful study, but you would manage it well.  You enjoy the satisfaction that comes not just from starting projects, but from finishing them.  Your steady, organized approach is actually more productive in the long-run than is that of the quick, flashy types.  You know how to establish a pace and keep it.

Do not let your awareness of the material world make you unappreciative of the spiritual plane that underpins our life here — to which others may be more sensitive than you.  Practicality is fine, but try to understand that dreams, feelings, and enthusiasms are also important and should not be squelched.  Others might surprise you with what their optimistic risk-taking is able to achieve.  You can be so cautious and reserved that some people find you conservative and dull.  If you yourself become bored or depressed, admit that security isn’t everything and try to be more spontaneous.  Open up to the new and follow your bliss (in a careful sort of way).

Lack of Life

You could have difficulty envisioning or planning for the future.  You are likely to accept the status quo, living in the past and present, but not actively striving to create the future.  Lacking your own passionate goals, you are more likely to be a follower than a leader.
